Michael T.was kind enough to change my windshield wider blades in the rain. He also noticed a problem with my windshield wiper that I was not aware of. Because of Michael T’s courtesy and professionalism, I will shop at Auto Zone for all future car needs. I highly recommend this store.

Cameron was the nicest kid in the worse time for us, we are living in our van and was having problems, I am no car guy, he can out with 2 different meters and check led our car he helped fix it all while he it was almost closing time, he had no reason to help the way he did but we are so grateful for how he treated us and helped people in a time of need. I never get excellent customer service like we did from Cameron. This company should be so proud to have him. Thank you so much

Rob Lewis helped me out BIG TIME! The beach broke my front bumper off my Lexus ? and I just need it to get me home, to Marion county, and until I can get a new bumper. He got under there and knew exactly what to do to hold it in place! Thank you SO MUCH!

Help from Bob very much appreciated. I needed a marine battery for my RV but had no tools for removal or replacement, Bob offered to do the job, which came out excellent even though there were issues with the battery battery straps to overcome. I am an Auto Zone member and will make this place my go to store!

I like all of the AutoZone stores I've been to, but the one in Englewood, FL. is the best in my experience. I would especially like to mention Robert L. and Jesse who went out of their way to help me with a dead car battery recently. Robert drove me to my car which was parked in a shopping center parking lot nearby and personally assisted me in getting my car started. If you're ever in Englewood, and need any kind of help with your vehicle, this is the place to go. Thanks again Robert and Jesse.
