After almost 20 years of only banking with Chase, this particular location is the reason I am shopping other banks. Short staffed it always seems like & no Saturday hours like many locations in other cities. Englewood is getting busier by the day so it may be time to invest in people willing to work Saturday. The absolute most infuriating thing though is how often the drive thru ATM is down. For someone who works in hospitality and needs to make cash deposits often, I need a bank that has more reliable equipment. Anytime I report it down, they have some excuse about it getting replaced or fixed soon. Well I’ve heard that excuse off and on for nearly a year. Not sure why this bank is the ugly stepchild of Chase Banks but it’s always an inconvenience going there. It’s unfortunate because I’ve always liked Chase. However, this location ruined it for me.

Opened a new business account a few weeks ago in an effort to have a local branch to service. The account specialist was unknowledgeable about the products and was reading from the website. We specifically asked if Zelle was accepted and we were told it was. We had difficulty setting up Zelle to the new account but after hours working on the phone between Chase and Zelle, we finally got it set up. As customers started paying using Zelle, Chase's algorithm would randomly reject payments. We then had to play the phone blame game between Chase and Zelle with each pointing the fingers at each other. We never had the issue with Zelle at our previous bank. Following this issue, we opened an account with another bank and the Zelle payments work there without an issue. We closed the account today because in today's society if you can't accept payments via Zelle or ApplePay, you are not much help. Also if you do not know your product, a simple I am not sure or let me check on that looks much better then bluffing your way through the answers.

Its the worst bank I ever used the ATM machine don't work both inside and drive thru the teller me I can't withdrawal my money the worst somthing needs to be done enough is enough

When you call them and go through the whole automated system all they do is hang up on you before they even say hello. I called 5 times with the same result each time.

I have had accounts with Chase for years. Called the Englewood Branch and they said that they Notarize documents. Our document is a real estate document to be recorded in Florida so it requires a witness in addition to a Notary. The Branch told us that they would Notarize the signatures, but they can't witness the signatures. Apparently they don't understand that a Notary Public is actually a person that witnesses signatures. In any case we had to drive another hour round trip to AAA to get our document executed. We are not happy campers.

The ATMs work everytime and clean inside. Although the employee wasn't very friendly when I told him I can't use torn or marked bills out of the country.

I have banked with chase for many years but about 2 months ago I tried to file a dispute for 3 charges I did not authorize. Chase did not back me up what so ever, they claimed they had to “further investigate” yet it’s been about 2 months now and they have not contacted me or issued me a refund. To file the dispute I had to purchase a fax app to send them a copy of the 1 and only receipt purchase from the company who charged me. The company then charged me 3 additional times for a different amount without my consent. But sending that receipt like they asked was not enough.. I waited and called customer service again to be told they also needed a copy of the 3 receipts from the transactions I was trying to dispute… I do not have a receipt because they were UNAUTHORIZED charges that were taken from my account without my knowledge or consent. I told the representative and she said there was nothing she could do and they were still “investigating”. Therefore I got nowhere and I am out $150.00 still 2 months later. I would have recommended chase to anyone but now I am not so sure I would recommend a bank who does not back their customers up.

I just called the branch after being told 3 times by call center that Chase has no cash. I. Edified with supervisor so just called branch to ask what's going on and was treated rudely AGAIN. These people are too big for their own britches. Apparently how dare I question them saving these have no cash. Well I said you had mine

they blocked my account with out giving me a reason and then I found out they closed the account. they are holding my money in my savings account and refused to give it to me .The bank says call this number to find out more and no one answers. They should all be put in jail for robbery
