Critter Cottage offers a friendly and clean environment for pets, with excellent grooming and boarding services. The staff are caring and attentive, making pets feel loved and comfortable, especially during their "Spa Day" visits. Many customers appreciate the quality grooming, with one reviewer noting a great experience with a mobile groomer. The boarding kennels are highly regarded, providing a safe and caring space for dogs, even during long stays. While the service is generally praised, some clients mentioned issues with line jumpers at the front desk, wishing staff would enforce the wait line. Overall, Critter Cottage is a trusted place where pets are treated well and loved.
I ran late and they took care of me at the time I was able to be there in the day of appt. They gave Rudy a great cut and wash. He came home looking like his cute self again.

Stella always is so fresh and so clean after her bath time at Critter Cottage! They do a deep de-shed (love that!) And clean the ears and trim her nails all while showing her a great time and she is always in great hands! Safe and friendly place for your fur baby💕🐾
