I normally don’t leave reviews but they close at 10 an they lock up before 9:30 extremely unprofessional, if I was able to talk to the higher ups they’d all be fired

Drove to this store, because the Gasparilla Road location that I normally shop at was closed during the middle of the day with a sign on the door saying air conditioning broken. So I drove over to the store since it's only a few minutes away and they too were closed during the middle of the day on a weekday. Sign on the door saying "back in 2 hours we have to unload a truck". Completely unacceptable, you should properly staff your stores so that something as routine as receiving a delivery doesn't shut everything down. I'm done, I'll take my business somewhere else

The store employees would not sell us cases of water tonight. The governor has declared a state of emergency, we have children at home and three customers including myself were attempting to buy water to prepare for the impending hurricane. The staff claimed they needed to save them for tomorrow for other people to purchase? We were just attempting to buy 1 case. Earlier in the day when my husband stopped for a snack, other customers had 6-8 cases of water walking out of the store. The cashier was beyond rude and would not let us purchase a single case. I cannot even imagine being that horrible to any customer in any setting. We had to give the cashier the case of water and instead go to the coolers and buy individual larger Aquafina bottles. So bizzare.

I had a receipt for products that were just purchased at this specific store for less than 5 minutes, cashier made an honest mistake and overcharged me for an extra item and after inspection of one of the containers it was damaged so it also needed a return. As I was walking back to my vehicle, I realized I was overcharged. Managers on duty needs to be more understanding when mistakes happen, she should have immediately apologized to me instead of making me feel like I did something wrong. I had to give my drivers license and have to wait a week for a credit of less than $20 to appear on my credit card. Please improve customer service at this location for future customers.

We really like this store. It is very convenient and the prices on most things are not bad, you just have to watch what you buy becausesome things can get rather pricey. The store manager is very friendly and recognizes us as regulars, which is really a bonus. They have a decent selection of items in the store including pet, household products, some freezer and refrigerator foods, decor, holiday, candy and canned goods, drinks, gift cards, beauty, toys, seasonal items, snack foods, some crafting/school supplies,hygiene and medicine,and they started getting some clothing items back. You would not think to check out clothing items at a "dollar store" but I really have gotten some cute things here. They also have a 1$ section, which is very important for many people who have tight budgets. They recently also got a self check out machine, many people are against it, but they do not realize most stores like this overload their staff and have one cashier that is responsible for all the customers in line. So it truly helps the staff eliminate the factor of frustration of customers. Overall we like this store and they are also open until 10 PM, rarely have an overloaded line, and they are a quick easy stop on the way home or a quick trip to grab things.

I have never been treated so poorly by a manager in any retail location as I have at this location. Annabelle is the rudest, most inefficient manager I've ever seen. Even after informing her of my disabilities, she continued to harass me. Don't go to this location if you have special needs because they simply don't care and do not accommodate.
