I brought my vehicle in for a recall on a trim near windshield. I was not told in advance.There would be a long , wait or would need to leave the car. They did not offer a loner, but they did have a driver.Return me to my home. They kept the vehicle overnight for a total of twenty three hours. I insisted we needed our vehicle.So when they returned at nine o'clock a m the next day nothing was done to the vehicle. A huge waste of my time and without our only vehicle , for twenty three hours.

Dropped car off when they opened. The guy who took the keys must of rolled over on the wrong side of the bed. Very dismissive of my concerns and very hurry up and get out of my hair kind of vibe. Was excited to bring my vehicle to ford and start a relationship with them moving forward. I think I’ll look elsewhere.
The lady Heidi was very nice and personable though.
