I called 1 day in advance, The Englewood FL office on McCall Rd had a car exactly what I was looking for. The price was excellent, they had it ready when I arrived, and allowed me to drop it off after hours when it was convenient for me. Excellent experience.

I reserved a rental car today with Angie. She was so friendly, kind and a delight to talk to. James picked me up from my repair center to take me to their Engelwood office. Super nice young man. My rental car was brand new and the price was fantastic to boot! Enterprise makes renting a car so easy and convenient. I highly recommend!!!

The Enterprise Car rental is a brilliant star in the dour town of Englewood. Joeniceia is a wonderful individual and always takes good care of her customers. The vehicles are in great condition, clean and the staff is so friendly and professional. You always feel like family. I highly recommend Enterprise.

Made an online reservation and called about a pick up service due to being stranded with my infant grandson due to car trouble. Spoke with Nicei. She was wonderful and so helpful! She was empathetic to my situation, arranged the pick up and reassured me that she’d take care of everything. I even got a nice mini van instead of what I ordered but she made sure I was okay with it first. Promptly on time I was picked up, and the nice driver helped with my grandson and his seat and was so patient with me. I was frazzled and couldn’t find my house keys. We had a nice chat the whole way. When we got to the shop he helped with the seat again and helped us inside and a nice young man was already holding the door. Nicei was expecting us and greeted us by name when we came in and got things going, the van was pulled around with the ac going, She walked me around the car, helped shade the baby, and was so patient when my new credit card had issues! I can not recommend this location enough! They completely turned my day around! Thank you to all of you at the Englewood Enterprise location!!If you can, choose this one over Port Charlotte. I contacted them initially… Englewood is better!

I had to rent a car while my car was being repaired from the hurricane and it was a great experience. Everyone at Enterprise in Englewood was wonderful, especially Janecia Pace. She helped me through the whole process and even got me my discount from Geico. I will definitely use them again and highly recommend them if you need a rental.
