I had brought my son in for a haircut and we’ve been here before, never had a problem. This time we had a stylist named Kim. My son is Autistic and moves a lot in the chair, I said we can give him a lollipop and that will make him still. She said “he gets one if he’s a good boy”… my son moved and she gave multiple grunts in disappointment. About 4 minutes later she said she was done and I asked her if she could fade the back. The cut was absolutely TERRIBLE. I could have done a better job myself. I paid and left in tears out of how quick, and curt and rude she was to my son…..
Fast forward to today, I called to ask if Oleysia was in.. she corrected my incorrect pronunciation, and I asked “can you please tell me who saw my son last? She said “I’ll have to look it up” she was very rude! She says “what’s your phone number?” I gave it to her and she says “what’s the first name?” Then she said “he was in 9 weeks ago and she doesn’t work here anymore.. “ then proceeds quickly to say “before that he saw”.. she named the 2 visits priors stylist names.
I said “I’m asking who he saw last time? You said they don’t work here anymore either?” And she said “no, I did it.” And I said “what’s your name?” And she said “Kim” and I said “that’s what I needed to know and I hung up.”
She is VERY rude and a terrible stylist. I will go to a different location to avoid this women.

Kim was abrupt and used her comb and clippers like weapons, she came down on my ear with her comb that made me say ouch. Did not ask where I wanted my sideburns, just hacked them where she wanted. It was obvious where they were. Mentioned the blending didn’t look good to me , and her response was it was because of the way my hair grows. Worst stylist I’ve had here. Will not allow her to cut m hair again
