They discovered I had carpal tunnel syndrome after rehabing my broken wrist. Had it fixed, no more pain or tingling. John helped me with increasing my lower body strength. Good, balanced, conservative approach. Didn't introduce new exercises until I was ready. Much better experience vs. NH PT.
