“I have recently moved to Florida and had my vehicles registered. I had been with the same insurance company in Maryland forever so I really didn’t know where to start, but there’s always Google. Ron Smith’s State Farm came up as an option and after reviewing several I thought I’d give this office a try. I am so happy with their personal approach, their explanation of their policy and when I went to the office I immediately felt like I was part of their family. I highly recommend this office to anybody looking for insurance, they definitely have your best interest in mind!”

“Best insurance company without a doubt. Fast, easy, and accommodating. They shop around for better policies throughout the year & notify you when savings are possible. I moved here 10 years ago and started @ state farm in Venice. Made the switch with no regrets. I know the man who started this company. Great honest, honorable man. Great family. Great business.”

“I have been a customer for over a year now and they are always great to work with. Julie was really helpful in updating some policy changes for me. I'm very pleased with the service.”

“Per Kristin: Susan D. deserves a standing ovation, a trophy, a Netflix special, and probably her own theme song.

Let me start by saying: I didn’t know insurance happiness was a thing until I met Susan. I thought dealing with insurance was supposed to be like assembling IKEA furniture with no instructions—confusing, frustrating, and ending in tears. But then poof! Enter Susan, stage left, like a customer service fairy godmother armed with charm, wisdom, and an absolutely unreasonable amount of efficiency.

She handled my issue so quickly and painlessly I genuinely started to question if I was dreaming. I actually had to check my pulse—yes, still alive, and yes, still on the phone with Susan, who was breaking down complicated policies like she was explaining the plot of a Pixar movie. I understood everything. EVERYTHING. Who does that?

She was kind, she was patient, and she made me laugh while solving my problem. I came for help, and I left with my issue resolved, my mood improved, and a bizarre urge to name my firstborn after her. Too far? Maybe. But that’s the Susan effect.

In short: If you’re lucky enough to get Susan, don’t let go. Cancel your weekend plans. Bake her cookies. Write a sonnet. Because she is a customer service unicorn and we are not worthy.”
