I brought my dog in for nail trim. They took her into back, and I could hear her whine. She’s usually really good! They brought her out, I paid, and when I got home and let her out of car, her dew claw was bleeding. Badly! She was hurt and even vomited as soon as we got home. The rest of her nails didn’t even look like they had been trimmed. I will Never go back here!!!

I have used three others groomers in Port Charlotte for my Bichons. Pink pet is by far the best.

The whole experience with the Pink Pet was very professional. They did an awesome job on my 2 golden retrievers. They look fabulous! They enjoyed their stay & were happy puppies! Thank you! I definitely will be bringing them back ?

The groomers are caring they always do a fantastic job when taking care of the dogs. Its a pleasure bringing them in for their haircut. I appreciate a Job well done, and their understanding of my schedule and timeframe !!!

I really appreciated them taking care of my pup pup! She got a bath & nail trim. Easy to make an appt when they call you back (all hands on deck for their staff it seems), super quick on the service, & my dog smelled & felt so nice afterwards! Reasonably priced, too!

Once I was able to connect with them via phone, (all hands on deck for their staff!), it was very easy to make our first appointment. Very quick on a bath & nail trim! My pup pup smelled & felt wonderful afterwards!

This groomer makes the owner remove all collars, harnesses and leashes before the dog is ushered behind a gate and into the back for grooming. This allows the dog(s) to be loose in the waiting area. When we picked up our three dogs they opened the gate and let our Pug and Basset out. We grabbed them and got their collars, harnesses and leashes on. My husband announced he was taking the 2 dogs to the car and would be back to help with the third dog. Just as soon as my husband opened the door to the parking lot the employee, who is the owner’s son, opened the door to the gate and let our dog run straight out the door.We were fortunate that someone caught him later that day and had his microchip scanned so he was returned safe and sound. While they did refund the bill for grooming the three dogs they refused to accept responsibility and blamed me for not catching him and for not warning them that he was a runner. ALL groomers should secure the animals while in their care! The dogs should not be left out without a collar and leash. Irresponsible!!!

Very friendly, very quick, very clean and a very good job. Just went in to get my dog's nails clipped, and the price doubled since the last time I was there five or so years ago (maybe that's the norm now). It's obvious they cater to small dogs.
