It was kind of bad experience. Lady behind counter...not friendly at all. Rude. It's like she just wanted me out of the store. Also have bladder issues and she woulnt let me use the bathroom. She just didn't care . Said they didn't have a public bathroom there.Should of made a mess on the floor..

Came to visit Florida and my daughter fell in love with this store. My daughter paid for her stuff then when she exited the store the cashier instantly started talking bad about my daughter because she paid in change, and my daughter actually tipped this lady, just to be nice. Absolutely terrible.

Staff was extremely rude and complained about my family coming in a full hour before close because she wanted to take a smoke break. Were frequent visitors of this establishment but will not be returning after this incident. Extremely disappointed.

Would be five stars, but they sold me a cracked mug. It was only 2 bucks, so not the biggest deal.

Large souvenir shop filled to the brim with merchandise. Was VERY disappointed with the employees who were angry because their lunch from Taco Bell was getting cold because customers kept asking questions. Horrible customer service.

Sweet and curious souvenirs of everything Beachy with a pirate flair. Loved it, found the far-back showcase chuck full of mystical stones that charged the area around us … fascinating place, great for lanai decos & kids to see.

Being Floridian, I probably would not come here unless I was looking for some overly cheesy or otherwise very classically touristy gifts. This is an absolute gold mine for affordable, cheesy, Florida gifts for all your friends and family in places much colder than here. Everything from shells, ornaments, diffusers and oils, stickers, cards, every kind of necklace and bracelet (shark, shell, and otherwise), alligator heads/backscratchers, wind chimes, gemstones, shirts, and so much more. There are a few high quality/very unique items, but the vast majority is touristy. Staff are friendly and even gave us a free keychain with purchase!
