“These people are so friendly and helpful. I used their services for notary and they were incredibly helpful. Also, when bringing packages to mail I ran out of tape for the labels and the guy just got out some appropriate mailing label plastic bag things that I could slip the label into and affix to the package.”
“I shipped a package using the store. I was a little upset number one because it was never any tracking, but the package ended up being lost. It did take me a month to try to get some satisfaction, but after meeting the owner, she took care of it. They do need to work on customer satisfaction when somebody leaves a phone number somebody should get back to the customer. So I deleted my bad review to put this review in. It’s not the store’s fault that the package was lost. It is UPS‘s fault but UPS doesn’t wanna take the responsibility and puts it all on the store!”
“I ordered two canvas reprints of photos submitted to APC 15+ years ago. The prints received were excelent (again). The colors and dynamic range were perfect. The printing was wonderful as was the attention to the details of the framings. I also appreciate the care in packaging the prints to survive the trip to me (the minimal use of styrofoam is very much appreciated). All in all, five star service from ordering to received the prints. I highly recomend APC/Luxe Prints. You will not be disappointed.”
