Very happy with Cindy and the installation crew! Highly recommend! Cindy came right out and measured the rooms, had the carpet in stock and had her crew install it in 2 days. Just had my new floors installed by Quality Flooring. They did a fantastic job and Cindy made it easy. I had a difficult time choosing what I wanted and she was very patient and accommodating. Highly recommend this company if you need new floors.

Cindy in the sales/ product department, provided solid information so that picking what I needed was exactly what I wanted. Jo and Paul came to the condo to do the installation. I noticed several things: first, they were great from set up to clean up. I had a pattern that had to be matched, and it was done with perfect precision. We have been extremely pleased with our experience with Quality Carpet. Due to damage from Hurricane Ian, our homeowners' association lost its basketball pad as well as its putting green carpet and structure. We set out in search of an efficient and affordable solution to replace our amenity. We brought that challenge to several carpet specialists in the Venice/Englewood area. Jaime and Tom at Quality Carpet took the time to really listen to our needs and provide a quality solution at a competitive price. Although we initially had a few problems with seams and adhesive, the installation team promptly came back and solved the issues. Our unique putting green/basketball court has been very popular and enjoyed by residents and their guests. I highly recommend the sales and installation professionals at Quality Carpet for your home and community needs.

We went with Quality carpet based on their reviews and being locally owned. Unfortunately our experience was not in line with the posted reviews. Dave was horrible to work with. He mismeasured the room. 20 mins after he left I received a call that he did. The only reason he would have realized it that fast is that he compared his measurements to to room diagram with measurements we provided. And with that we still ended up with a 7X10 ft remnant. Since we paid for it I kept it but that is not the point. We don't have a place for it. Dave also decided to only seam one of the two closets down the hallway. Unfortunately we ended up with 5+ ft of damage UP the wall. I was told I should've expected touch up. That was not touch up. That was damage that we had to have repaired at additional cost. Quality did not offer any assistance with this repair. I did provide all of this feedback to the owner who stated in email he would reply in detail as time permitted. That was almost 3 weeks ago. No response. So now I am leaving a review. The two rating is reflective of the carpet and the install Don did. Other than the hallway wall there was very minimal touch up required. We have two more bedrooms we are recarpeting and we will not use Quality for those. Very disappointing experience overall due to the lack of customer service and communication when given the opportunity to do so.
