I cannot say enough good things about this business. I needed flowers for a Celebration of Life for my home. The florist I spoke with was friendly and knowledgeable. I took her professional advice and they created 2 of the most gorgeous arrangements I have ever seen. They are still perfect and new blooms continue to open, 4 days later. I highly recommend!

I just simply wanted a dozen roses delivered the next day for our 15-year anniversary. We are from out of town and I wanted to surprise my wife.The customer service was great. Chris called me to see what color I wanted, of course red ?.I came to find out that the Englewood store was temporarily closed due to the hurricane. When I called they let me know that it was rerouted to another store. I'm fine with that.My order came from Sarasota and so it was delivered around 1:00 p.m.My wife was totally surprised and extremely happy.Thank you

I've been using them very happily for years. I just had flowers delivered to my wife for our anniversary. They did a fantastic job and a great selection on a balloon to go with it!!

I have used Stevens for years because they are the BEST. I live out of state and one time tried to order thru an online florist. It was the worst experience. I will never do that again. Steven's has never disappointed us with the bouquets sent! I completely trust their designer's taste as I have ordered this way numerous times. I have called in last minute and had a beautiful bouquet delivered in a few hours. I highly recommend them. We will not use anyone else!!

Don't waste your time here. The website adds on a bunch of additional costs when you get to checkout. There is an AMAZING florist just a few minutes away, PCF, that charges HALF the price for arrangements and delivers for FREE!!!

I have been ordering flowers from Stevens for years under the previous owner and have always been very satisfied. Recent reviews raised my concerns but I figured that I would give the new folks a shot. I ordered flowers for my Mom's 80th birthday and wanted them to be awesome. I asked to keep the order to $100, which I though would be plenty based on my experience with Stevens. I was a little surprised when my AMEX was charged $121 but figured that the flowers were going to be awesome and Mom would love them. As you can see in the photo, the flowers are mediocre at best. There's only one rose, there's no bow or ribbon on the vase to dress up the mish-mash of bare stems and the flower arrangement looks like they just grabbed one of everything they had. It's the floral equivalent of a garage sale. Needless to say I am extremely disappointed and will need to find another florist in the Englewood area, hopefully one that still practices the art of floral design.

Since Linda sold this business and Peggy has left this place has gone downhill faster than an Olympic skier! We have been accustomed to professional service and integrity in all our orders for the last 12 years. Now would not use them for a silk flower arrangement. Find someone else is my best advice!!

Called at 9 am and had flowers delivered before noon to my parents for their 66th wedding anniversary. Flowers were so beautiful and vibrant! My mom loves them! Thank you for making their day!

Called to order flowers was told it was designer's choice. Was told it was $100.00 minimum to order plus delivery charge. Ask if they could add some bird of paradise to the design. " Sure I can ask it will be full and lots of filler. Boy they weren't kidding thats what most of the arrangement is. what a let down when my Mom sent a picture of what they delivered. $123.00 Shame on them there is no way they would ever send anything that looked like that to their own mother. Will not order from them again any will let tell family and friends not to order from them.

Very polite staff , beautiful flowers, and affordable. The woman on the phone made a perfect suggestion for my son's needs for a corsage, I ordered it over the phone the day before and it was ready and I was out the door within 5 minutes.

We where going to visit our 95 year young aunt and had been all over town looking for her favorite flowers daisy's, when we called your florist you had then. When we got there you had them ready for us and where very friendly. Thank you so much
