I'm switching banks. You can never withdrawal money there's really no security when it comes to anything. Just a horrible bank all around. I'm telling you this is the next bank to be shut down

The Customer Service people are very nice. The drive thru is very slow. ATM needs updating and maybe a inside lobby ATM would be nice.

Tried to open an account, after much back and forth with their technical support personnel, they said they were completely at loss to why there system would not allow me to open an account. After 2 trips to bank, over 2+ hours of my time, i was told ill have to comeback a third time once they understand issue. This is not rocket science, just opening an account. So frustrated.

I wish I could give this bank no stars. I have had the worst experience of my life at this bank. I went to deposit a check DEPOSIT a check from my brother. And they have frozen my checking account, not allowing me to take out any of MY MONEY that I need. They told me it would only be a 5 day hold, and now it’s an 8 day hold! Why is there a hold on the money in my account at all!!!??? I didn’t write a check for money to be withdrawn. I was DEPOSITING a check. This is absolutely horrible. Please please please don’t use this bank. If you have an account with them close it. I will be doing that myself the first chance I get!!

Attempted to make a cash deposit with my deposit slip on an account I've had for many years. Did not know the teller, Saw a teller I've known for several years, she said they required identification on cash deposits, please what has this world come to. Now as I understand I can deposit cash at mobil machine, is it going to ask for my drivers licence?? Please !!! Why would I deposit cash in account that wasn't mine?? Going to speak to manager tomorrow. Maybe it's time to look at other banks ikeep getting offers from.

I HAVE A CHECKING ACCT IN MY NEPHEWS NAME AND ME AS AN AUTHORIZED USER....WE USE THIS ACCT FOR EXPENSES FOR A BOAT WE OWN TOGETHER...TODAY I TRIED TO MAKE A CASH DEPOSIT OF $50 AND WAS REFUSED BECAUSE THE RUDE TELKLER DID NOT BELIEVE I WAS ON THIS ACCT....WE HAVE HAD THIS ACCT FOR OVER 10 YEARS WITH NO PROBLEMS BEFORE TRUIST TOOK OVER FROM BBT....THIS TRUIST LOCATION HAS GOT TO BE THE WORST BANK EVER!

Np pption for less stars. Rude people at counter, obviously former bbt employees, never answer phone. Location on McCall is busy and dangerous due to traffic, should have kept Placida Rd location instead, another bbt mistake.

Geesh where do I start....have never completed any transaction there without multiple trips.Tried to cash a savings bond and was told 3 different reasons why Cathryn one of the bankers there couldnt cash it, one of the reasons were that they didn't have enough money to cash it. Now that had me worried as it was only for $1,000 dollars, more like she didn't know how to do her job since she left me sitting in her office 4 different times so she could go ask someone else what to do. She needs to retire.Got held up at the light right by the bank which put me there right at 4:59pm and was told by the male teller there that they were closed. I had 1 single deposit to make and thankfully one of the girls stepped up and said she could do that for me.Been trying to close my account for over a week now and still have not succeeded yet, but Brandi was able to help me get 1 of them closed today and also had saved me this month'sservice fee. Thanks Brandi

Not friendly or helpful at all. We always did our banking at Grove City branch and everyone there was wonderful. Strongly considering changing banks. These employees need customer service courses Stat!

My 98 year old grandmother needed to deposit several checks into her account and had previously worked with Cathy Joy. Upon our arrival, Ms. Joy met us and took us to her office where she took care of everything including adding a beneficiary for her accounts. Ms. Joy is the best and her customer service is beyond reproach. I want to personally thank Ms. Joy for all her assistance, she is the best. Thank you. Tom

What a dumpster fire... customer is always right huh.... chased out from the bank by some fat karen manager for not wearing a mask.. what are you going to tell all your customers when they have been vaccinated wear a mask and live in fear the rest of your life... NO THANKS

Stay Away from all Truist/Suntrust banks! Truist has horrible people who seem determined to purposely destroy their customer base, and it clearly comes from the top of the chain at Truist. I was appointed legal guardian by the Florida court for my elderly incapacitated mother. I live in Missouri. This institution gave me such a major runaround for seven long months of weekly phone calls and repeatedly sending documents to them-I cannot outline here how many needless legal hoops they put me through during a time of incredible stress. Truit/Suntrust repeatedly created absolute mental anguish for me. I sent court documents to their legal department seven times with many phone calls with multiple people there in between each time. Their customer service workers in Malaysia or wherever they are, know nothing but will keep you on hold for literally hours. Their legal department found every possible reason to reject clearly valid court documents despite crystal clear judge's orders.They required me to drive to Tennessee from Missouri during a pre-immunization pandemic to be able to access an account for which I am legally liable for my elderly mom. I am still- seven months later- trying to gain access to her safe deposit box- but they now require ANOTHER court order despite that I was approved to access the other account! This costs me money for lawyers, and results in significant time and stress. AVOID TRUIST/SUNTRUST. THEY HATE PEOPLE and they purposely create mental anguish for customers. ZERO STARS. Truist executives in charge need to be fired and people need to sue this place.
