Your stuff is sure to get ripped off !
My Van got broken into and they said they would look at the video but. Ever did.There was a huge hole in the fence and another guy showed up telling the cop his tools were stolen.
Than a woman walked through the hole while we were talking to the cops and they put her in custody although doubtful she was the one. I never heard back about the video.
So video is worthless.

I’ve been a client for over twelve years, and this facility has consistently been attentive, friendly, and convenient. Being a non-local, having a team flexible enough to inspect my unit post-hurricane was a tremendous help. Any updates or issues were always promptly communicated. The unit is clean, conditioned, and easy to access via the app. If you need help on-site, the teleconference staff are super helpful and pleasant, same with any phone support. After I no longer needed the unit, the close out process was a breeze. Appreciate the entire team (too many people to explicitly name).

Thoughts from a new customer. Price is right. Not clean inside - I don't think anyone ever walks through because the same piles of trash/sweep outs are still in the halls since we first moved our things in. There is no overhead lighting inside the units, so if you need to find something, bring some kind of headlamp or flashlight. People are definitely living in some of the units. Some doors are not closed all the way because there are extension cords going from outlets to different units with their doors closed/down - I would not feel safe going there by myself even during "office" hours - of which I've never seen anyone physically there - it's all done virtually - which I guess answers why there's piles of trash and people living there. If you need to use a rolling dolly, they have one and it looks and functions like it was built in the 1800's. Also, there is a step up to get into the building, so it's not very easy to use said 1800's dolly from your vehicle to inside the building. I anticipate this whole app only checking in, etc would be very difficult for anyone who is not tech savvy as some people like to deal with an actual person. Price is much cheaper than anywhere else in the area so I suppose you get what you pay for, but in hindsight, I should've shopped around more. So 3 stars for being cheap, but I really don't like anything else about the place.
