Terri is a wonderful and highly skilled Pilates teacher. Do not hesitate to check out her studio and take one of her classes! I've been doing Pilates for over 15 years and she is one of the best teachers I have had.

I participate in the virtual Mat with Props classes. It's a great workout, challenging your strength, balance and increasing your flexibility. I highly recommend it.
