Spoke to Damian over the phone regarding an Amazon return. Extremely helpful and courteous. He answered all of my questions in a professional manner and even gave me good advice on how to proceed. 10/10 customer service. High recommend.

We had a huge problem in trying to return a electric 3 wheel bike to an Amazon vendor. Beth was over the top in working with us to effect a solution. SHE disassembled the bikes many pieces and found the appropriate huge box to ship the bike. SHE contacted Amazon CS for me and worked out all the particulars. Her staff were also very helpful and a great reputation of UPS. Perfect!

I ALWAYS have a WONDERFUL experience at The UPS Store. Beth is always smiling and ready to help me with my Amazon returns and/or helping me mail off gifts to my friends and family. The other staff members are great too. I HIGHLY recommend the UPS Store in Englewood for any of your postal needs.

I asked Bethany, the UPS store manager, to do the nearly impossible: pack an antique grandmother's clock; ship it all the way up the East Cost from Florida to New Hampshire; expect the boxing to be man-handled at three different hubs, as it was; and nonetheless further expect the clock to arrive in NH in one piece and not wrecked.
She did it.
It was a great work of both competency and care. Meanwhile, Bethany was amazingly communicative and courteous.
The clock is now in the possession of a woman of 85 about to enter an elderly care home. She will have the clock with her.
The clock will mean the world to Bethany's customer in NH for the clock being an exact replica of a clock she remembers from her childhood.
Well done, Bethany.
