The new pharmacist Mark refused to fill my prescription that was in stock and I have received for years. He just didn't want to or is it his discrimination against someone disabled??

I arrived 4:58 pm … pharmacy closes at 5. The guy rolls his eyes and a lady throws up her hands and guy gets on mic and says sorry we closed already. I said I made sure to come before 5 as really need my meds and your drawer shouldn’t be closed before 5 pm and it’s still 4:59. He said sorry we can’t help you: I said this is crap as you clearly closed your drawers before close. But will you just mark my rx as coming in. Tomorrow as I was told you would put away if I didn’t pick up I really need my meds but can you at least mark it ?! The kid looks at lady and the lady and a pharmacist and they all just quickly exit from view. We were literally in middle of a conversation and they all exited the building. Left me sitting there still in mid conversation. I called the store and no manager will be in to complain until 7 am to 4 tomorrow. The kid on the phone said yes I saw them all leaving & laughing and that shouldn’t have happened.
Noooo problem . CVS, Publix, Costco, Sam’s, and I’m sure others would be happy to have Emmy monthly rx and my business. I tried to support in my neighborhood. I’ve never been treated so rude and this is not the first time that this curly headed tall man has been rude as hell!!! Not just to me …. I’ve watched him be rude to others in line!!! And the way same man talked to a door dasher one day ….. soooooo rude! that door dasher was just picking up for 4 people who couldn’t get out and delivering their rx and when they do this the dasher gets ZERO TIPS from Walgreens to deliver to patients. They make the $2.00 delivery fee. Do better at least be grateful these drivers are out here trying to get their patients of Walgreens their meds!!!!! But nooooo he said “we’re helping customers not drivers “ …. Excuse me this driver is here picking up for the customers too! That’s just a side note but rudeness at this store second to none at this pharmacy and led by the same crew who’s been here long enough to get too comfortable in their job thinking they can be rude and be obnoxious!!!

I can honestly say that the staff there are miracle workers. They are incredibly hard-working and always go above and beyond to assist everyone, even when faced with a constant stream of rude and entitled customers.
Despite the challenges, the pharmacists and technicians maintain a positive attitude and professionalism that is truly commendable. They take the time to answer questions and ensure that every prescription is filled correctly, all while managing the chaos around them. It's clear that they care deeply about their patients and strive to provide the best service possible.
I really appreciate the dedication and effort they put into their work. Walgreens Pharmacy has definitely earned my trust and gratitude for their commitment to helping those in need, no matter the circumstances.

This is an extremely busy store but most employees are very nice and efficient. Given the chance, these folks will do all they can to help you.

I have been calling everyday for a week for an update on my prescription. You will be on hold at least 10 minutes then likely be put on hold again until you die. I’m currently on hold with my 8th call. I was on hold, they picked up the call without saying a word and put me right back on hold. I’m finding a different pharmacy and transferring my prescription that I ca not get after 3 weeks! 0/10. Go literally anywhere else.

My wife and i encountered the rudest store manager of all time this morning. I would give a negative review, but one star is the lowest allowed. The manager was so rude that the cashier was mortified. The manager was mad at us because the advertised price of coke rang up more on the register. He didn't believe us or his cashier even though a sign on the coke showed the price. He basically chased us out of the store.

If I could give this store negative stars I would. It took them 30 mins to get me my daughters first script then the next day her second script was ready. I made it within 5 mins before the pharmacy closed and the sign was already up. I hit the window and the button to try to get someone's attention. I even called and spoke to someone for a manager 2 mins before 130 at 131 the manger said the pharmacy said no one was there so they left. I have al the proof time stamps etc to proof them wrong. She refused to get the pharmacy even before the actual closing time to give me my daughters script. Telling me it's the law.... so it's the law to close before you say your closed and to ignore those trying to get the attention of the pharmacy people within 5 mins before actual closing
Transfered meds and won't ever go there for anything. Put in a formal complaint with corporate

Went to pick up RX. I asked why I get a check for $3.33 every month. Megan, manager of pharmacy, said because I need a Medicare part B card to put on file. I said my supplemental is wellcare. Megan said no it's by itself part B. I think she's confused with Medicare Advantage. She was rude and she said I was "very entitled", in front of customers. The frustrating part is, she doesn't know what she's talking about. I called Medicare they said you don't have a separate card for part B. Hard to interact with people that don't know their job. Megan needs some customer service training.

I would have given a zero but thats not an option. This Walgreens pharmacy is very rude and condescending. They will tell you your rx will be ready at a certain time then change it 3 more times only to say the doctor has to review it! Some of us have chronic illnesses and terminal illnesses and the last thing we want is to be giving the around about our medicine from average people with less education than we have. It's very insulting!

I would give this Walgreens store a 5 for all the employees that work there with the exception of the manager. All the workers have always been very kind , patient and helpful. The manager is probably one of the rudest people have ever dealt with. I do a lot of business there but have thought about finding another drugstore because of him.

Yall, this Walgreens is always busy with cranky, sick people trying to get their prescription. God bless the pharmacists and technicians that deal with the grumpy Englewood people.

I am on a scheduled one drug which they do not fill till after 11 managers orders the last time. I never got this drug till after 6 o'clock at night I did not take it for anxiety. I have a neurological muscle disorder. I wanted to spasm, which is very painful and takes a while to come out of, I just called and had another prescription but they didn't tell me they were right up till I called although they did give me a partial bet was very nice but most of the time a lot of them that answer the phone have her attitude I just transferred my meds back to Walmart.
