The new pharmacist Mark is a complete idiot. He should of went to medical school instead of pharmacology .He tried to tell my doctor what medicine to prescribe me. Very unsafe trying to recommend a prescription that I'm allergic to that will land me in a hospital.

Horrible. I always have to wait at least 20 min. I call ahead to have the script ready and still days later it's not done. Horrible service

Poor customer service. After completing Western Union kiosk information to receive money 2bpeople working would not assist me and made a unwarranted remark then told me they could not help because they didn't know how. And told me to go to another store.

There does not exist a sufficient amount of Benzodiazepines in the whole of this pharmacy to numb the psychological pain I endured while waiting to pick up a prescription today. The whole of my human experience could not have prepared me to witness the sheer unfathomable ineptitude of every single worker present on this fateful day. From the mindless open mouthed gum chewing of Pharm Tech #1 to the careless unsecured pill bottles thrown into rogue store bags in lieu of their normal secured pharmacy baggie, I truly was unprepared for what I witnessed today. In the time that I waited for five (5) people ahead of me to be helped I could have gone through the requisite years of schooling to become a pharmacist, secured employment, filled the prescription myself, and stopped for some ice cream to top it off. The type of inefficiency I witnessed today was bold faced. Like a bad car wreck you can’t look away from; mouth agape in true bewilderment and reprehensible disdain. I will most definitely need to purchase Rogaine to regrow the hairs I lost today, expect my receipt in the coming days submitted for reimbursement. In summation this Walgreens exists as the very antithesis to human achievement and progress. Bring on the bulldozer, it would be a mercy.

The manager here awful and completely dishonest. His english is horrible. How does walgreens hire such ineffective rude managers? Is that why they are 32 billion in debt?

I ordered pictures and a magnet, the magnet by itself was 9.90. Went to pick the stuff and when i got home i realized the magnet was missing. I live 30min away and i got the pictures done here because i was staying down there. When i call to ask for a refund for the magnet they tell me to go in person because it didn’t show on their side that i even order the magnet but the package says i did order it so i had to come in with the pictures and everything. When I went in a day later which was yesterday night, Brian who turns out is a manager too, tells me all he can do is give me 6 dollars back or store credit and he ask for my ID and I told him I didn’t have it on me. I then ask why is he giving me 6 back when I paid 9 dollars for it and he tells me is because I don’t have an ID(makes no sense) I told him what I got told on the phone when I called and I tell him that I don’t have my id because I live in northport and I left it so I would have to drive back to get it. He then tells me that there are Walgreens in north port, no shit, and I told him that I got it done here and if he needs a pic of my Id I can provide that for him and I even told him why was he giving me attitude, it also makes no sense that I paid 9 dollars for a singular magnet that I didn’t get and he wants to give me 6 dollars back, he didn’t even apologize for the attitude he has given me the whole time. He then tells me he doesn’t need a picture of my id and then finally gives me a refund. So he could have done that from the beginning but he decided not to, only when I called it out. He didn’t even give me an explaining on why he was gonna give me 6 dollars in the first place. And all the information of my order is online too so he could have verified that from the start. If you hate your job just quit. I’m never confrontational but I’m glad I spoke up because I can’t imagine how many times this must happen and based on other reviews, seems like this location has really bad employers and the fact this guy Brian is a manager too, is sad.

Worst staff ever assembled in a retail store. From the manager to the rude techs in the pharmacy, as well as European Female Pharmacist. I will never step foot in this store again. I encourage everyone to avoid this location.

I love Walgreens, I use them all over the country… however, I will avoid this one from now on. Every time I go there the checkout lines are painfully slow. Never once heard a cashier use “I See 3.”
