Absolutely rude at the pharmacy. I would not recommend this location I won’t shop here again unless their attitude changes

I love Walgreens, I use them all over the country… however, I will avoid this one from now on. Every time I go there the checkout lines are painfully slow. Never once heard a cashier use “I See 3.”

Not couponer friendly AT ALL. Don’t even bother putting in a mobile order they’ll cancel it without a reason even though everything is in stock. You’re better off going shopping up the street to the Walgreens on McCall Rd, they’re amazing. I’m speaking only regarding the customer service for the store I’ve never filled an Rx there.

Ever since I had to switch several months ago from Publix due to insurance, I have had one problem after another!!! Prescriptions not on my list, not available, too early to refill, and they don’t call doctor for refill. Never answer the phone, even my doctor said they never answer the phone!! I order medication online to be filled, get a text that it’s ready, and when I go there and wait in line they say it’s never been ordered for refill!!! I’m going crazy and after reading these other comments, I’m realizing I’m not alone! Going to switch to a different pharmacy!

Terri(female) in the drive through has repeatedly provided the WORST customer service I've yet experienced. This woman is rude, argumentative and even questioned my ability to pay for my prescription. This location refuses to answer their phone, treats their customers like dirt and have employees who hate their job and let the customers know that they won't answer phones and management doesn't care. Terri consistently ranks highest on the list of terrible encounters when picking up my RX. No smile, no "How can I help you". Walgreens you need to hire better. Terri, I've contacted corporate and let them know how you treat their customers. Walgreens you just lost me as a long time customer. Not acceptable.

Prescriptions are never ready on time but they will send you emails telling you to pick them up.

Would give zero stars if I could. This is the second time the automated msg inquiry has stated this pharmacy didn’t receive a prescription order for, first my husband and then myself. Both times called the doctor back and they gave me a verification time of Walgreens’s receipt. Today the verification was that it received it 3 days ago for a monthly refill. Tried to speak to a person but each time, after numerous attempts, was disconnected after 30 minutes on hold. Called doctor back and asked it be resubmitted to another pharmacy. Like many other reviewers, we’re DONE with them!!!

Never been so disrespected by the pharmacy staff. In person and on the phone, if you do not wait on hold then the pick up and hang up on you. Too bad so many folks feel it’s the best. I on the other hand am tired of hearing I am only here to make money, a quote from the store manager. Would not recommend to anyone.

Only giving 2 bc of the nice young girl at the window. I've decided to leave this pharmacy. I've had perscription issues for the last few months due to shortages or insurance issues and when I call, no one answers. I've been hung up on at least 5x just this today after 30+ minutes of waiting. The other 10x this month I've hung up after waiting 30 minutes. I don't have time to go in every time I have a problem as I'm out of town a lot of the time. It's very inconvenient. There needs to be more staff. I can imaging the staff is just as tired of complaints as we are of complaining. I called publix and they answered within 1 minute. I asked to transfer my prescription. Told them pharmacy. She told me usually they would call to transfer for me but that location never answers so I'm gonna have to physically go in and have them transfer which isn't fair to me and isn't fair to that publix.I'm done with walgreens. I will probably ne wr set foot in another one ever again. Gonna stick with publix from now on.

Today I went for my flu shot here after booking an appointment online. I got there early like they suggest in your email confirmation. There were seven people in line ahead of me. After a half hour of waiting in line I was checked in by a Pharmacist with an Ipad. She confirmed the health insurance information they had in their system for me, and she asked me to sit in a chair and they will be with me soon. For the next half hour I watched her filling prescriptions on the computer wondering why she was not giving me attention for my flu shot. Frustrated, I went to the window again and asked another woman how much longer it would before I get my shot. She said I was not in there system. I asked her, how can I not be in your system? I made my appointment online and was checked in a half hour ago. I've been here for an hour now waiting to get a flu shot. She made it sound like I may be out of luck and have to make another appointment. Finally she asked the woman who checked me to come over and she explained to me that sometimes the information from their Ipad does not make it into their system due to an Internet glitch. The reality is, I could've waited there all day in that chair for my flu shot and no one would have realized it if I hadn't gone back to the window and spoken up, unfortunately getting in front of someone else waiting in line who complained about me for it. Needless to say, I will try to get my flu shot at my doctor's office next time. This location, like many, is gravely understaffed and things easily fall through the cracks when no one has the time to pay attention to the details.

Very helpful employees. And the pharmacy help really went out of there way to look up pricing on a prescription I had brought in .before I bought it. Really was pleased.

I'm just genuinely curious as to why you guys print the date on your prescriptions that the prescription was sent in and not the date that the prescription was filled? If I'm being honest it's very misleading because all people are going to assume that the date on the bottle is the date that it was filled. For example, if a doctor sends in a prescription on January 2nd and it is picked up on January 14th, the prescription bottle will display January 2nd. Why is this? It's in my opinion that the date on the bottle should be the date the prescription was picked up. This is something that can and will very easily throw innocent people off who are trying to manage their medications properly.
