The guy ho work in the night shift is crazy or under drugs i ask a question and he was looking orher point and talking by his self i ask more thar 3 times the same.question and he was talking his self i dont know if he is races or crazy but his not fine

Dear management I’m just curious Could you explain me why is she acting like this and why she shushed on me?Today I was about get some coffee and pizza But at 6 PM o’clock main front door was closed I checked working hours - 24/7 Okay I tried one more time In a minute she open a door shush on me and said I have to go Cmon hurry up go insideI said Well if so you can close the door again and go where you wanna go

So today I walked in to buy something's and to cash in a $100 scratch off . The attendant check the validity of the scratch off and then he kind of threw it on the counter and said that he was not able to cash in that Florida lottery ticket because it was over $50 a and that says he got robbed he's not cashing in anything over $50 so I replied well I am not going to rob you I just wanted to buy some items and cash in a lottery ticket and he replied "I don't care I have two guns" so what exactly is the problem I wonder he cares or dies not care ?

A small fella here named Tony had absolutely no manners I was polite to him yes please thank you so on and so forth the man was a complete mute unless you are of caucasian descent. I’m happy I was able to witness that, I as a Buisness owner will not be spending my money here I would rather go to another gas station and give away my money to someone who will provide me customer service and treat me l with the respect we all deserve any business owners should know better. The race track about two blocks down the road provides much better service and quality products I’ll spend my money there instead.

Awful service. They say 24/7 but they are NOT. I went there at 11:50pm and they door was locked when I Googled it says 24/7. The cashier told me they are locked after midnight because of robberies and said some thing about a cleaning crew so that why it is locked. Then put that in your hours on Google, fyi. This is Estero/SWFL retired people every where. Very confused about a locked door at a 24/7 gas station. Get your people in line. I guess your owner doesn’t want to make money. ✌?PS - I don’t think you will do anything about this based on pass reviews.
