My credit card got scammed after getting gas at the Diesel pump last night. One pump did not work and that one apparently was the compromised one. Took appropriate measures.

If you need assistance w/ anything Good Luck, the employee was so RUDE I was actually speechless. All the pumps were down, no notice or cones that would make you aware. Tried 3 pumps before I went in to ask questions. Also, if you want customers to use the APP - educate your employee. In this chaos my rewards disappeared and couldn't even direct me to where I could get help. It was so bad, I want no part of 7-11 and won't be going back to this one.

MUST READ: Today February 10, 2025 it is 10:43 AM and I just left a dentist appointment with my daughter and I was bringing her here so she can get a few snacks a couple of buffalo rollers and something to drink for the ride home. I politely asked the cashier who was a male to microwave four more buffalo rollers. It was a simple request as every other 711 has done for me before without a problem. This guy had a terrible attitude, started cussing the storm up because he didn’t wanna do. It told me if he put them in the microwave. They will get chewy they’re supposed to be on the roller they’re not supposed to be microwaved and I just told him well. It’s OK. I’ll take the four buffalo rollers microwave. It’s not a problem for me, so he got upset, started cursing walk to the machine, asked some lady if we had any more frozen buffalo rollers and all in all after such a bad experience and having such a poor attitude in front of my kid, I told the guy just forget it. I left everything I have picked out already, which was a few screaming energies a couple of sodas a couple of extra buffalo rollers and Taquitos and I left them there at the register and I let him know that he needs to have a better attitude when he’s dealing with customers I will absolutely never come back to this place again and if you’re gonna come to this area, save your money and go to a different location.

Stopped by to get gas at 11:55pm and person working was outside. Either was mentally not there or under some influence. He said everything was closed and no restrooms. We were able to get gas but he only mumbled and would give any details. We asked to use restrooms, he walked in and locked doors. As soon as we pulled around the corner he came back out to smoke again. Very frustrating event at this store at 21220 three oaks.

He spoke so low, is it because the camera won’t hear him if he speaks low? I was scared and felt discriminated. I just wanted a coffee to get back on the road. I went back in to see his name tag: David, just like what the rest of the reviews said. :’(

Store is OK but surrounding area is a mess 7-Eleven garbage blown all around the ditch and the field next to it can’t tell me they don’t know it the very least they could come over and pick it up as they make profits instead of destroying the environment

David needs to be fired, never talked to someone so disrespectful in customer service as David. Has no manners and doesn’t know how to interact with customers.

David is a disgruntled, rude, pathetic example of a gracious human being - or employee, for that matter. I'll never make this store my pit stop for gas any longer. You need to fire him immediately.

Been in there a few times late. To get gas or something to drink on way home. Tried at least being friendly with overnight guy David. Weird dude, thought maybe he had phone earbud in talking to someone but he has some serious in depth conversations with himself.
Other guy is quiet and you rarely see him but looks like an evil henchman out of a bad Kung fu movie. Stop by and see for yourself between 10pm and 6am....

I asked the guy if he could please warm up a sandwich or if can make me a pizza. I have no idea what's his problem was, but he refused to do it and say something about "his day off" and he doesn't do it. While I was leaving he greeted me with " go find another place or someone "
Funny part he was making a pizza for someone or for himself right in front of me

It was unclean and had a strong odor, indicating a lack of proper maintenance and cleaning. The floors were dirty, and there was trash scattered around. The sink area looked like it hadn't been cleaned in days, with soap scum and water stains evident. Overall, it was an unpleasant experience and not somewhere I would feel comfortable using again.ServiceThe service was mediocre at best. The staff seemed disinterested and inattentive, and there was a lack of urgency in addressing customer needs. It felt like no effort was made to improve the overall customer experience.ConclusionOverall, my experience at this 7-11 store was subpar. Came in for gas and had to use the restroom. I’m not sure I’ve ever seen a more disgusting bathroom at a convenience store in my life!Everything was dirty. The sink had a dark residue on it as though a mechanic had cleaned their hands on it. There was no paper towels, no soap, no hand sanitizer. Just. Plain. Nasty.The pubic hair in the sink was another filthy touch. I complained rather vigorously to one of the clerks and asked if there are no power towels how does the staff wash their hands??She wasn’t rude or even upset, but took no immediate action to remedy the situation. I would suggest avoiding this particular location at all costs!!If there was .5 stars - that’s what I would give. Terrible.
