Store ExperienceThe store itself was disappointing. The aisles were cluttered, making it difficult to navigate, and some shelves were poorly stocked. The overall cleanliness of the store left much to be desired, with noticeable dirt and grime in various areas. Additionally, the selection of products was limited, and some items appeared to be past their expiration dates.Bathroom ExperienceThe bathroom was a major letdown. It was unclean and had a strong odor, indicating a lack of proper maintenance and cleaning. The floors were dirty, and there was trash scattered around. The sink area looked like it hadn't been cleaned in days, with soap scum and water stains evident. Overall, it was an unpleasant experience and not somewhere I would feel comfortable using again.ServiceThe service was mediocre at best. The staff seemed disinterested and inattentive, and there was a lack of urgency in addressing customer needs. It felt like no effort was made to improve the overall customer experience.ConclusionOverall, my experience at this 7-11 store was subpar. The combination of a poorly maintained store, unpleasant bathroom conditions, and lackluster service makes it difficult to recommend. Improvement in cleanliness and customer service is necessary to enhance the overall experience for patrons.

Came in for gas and had to use the restroom. I’m not sure I’ve ever seen a more disgusting bathroom at a convenience store in my life!Everything was dirty. The sink had a dark residue on it as though a mechanic had cleaned their hands on it. There was no paper towels, no soap, no hand sanitizer. Just. Plain. Nasty. The pubic hair in the sink was another filthy touch. I complained rather vigorously to one of the clerks and asked if there are no power towels how does the staff wash their hands??She wasn’t rude or even upset, but took no immediate action to remedy the situation. I would suggest avoiding this particular location at all costs!!If there was .5 stars - that’s what I would give. Terrible.

This 7-11 is not well maintained. Something’s always broken or missing. Just an example slurpee not frozen, cups out of stock and only answe from employees, ‘yes we know’I’m done with this store… too bad since location is pretty central. Bit surprised the corporate 7-11 doesn’t step in and demand the store improved.

If I could give the store a zero star, I would the employee at night does not do his job. He’s yelling back at customers he’s yelling back at me. He needs to do his damn job and clean the damn store. It is disgusting. I would not recommend here.

If I could give negative stars, I absolutely would! Worst 7-Eleven I have ever been to!!! The older male/female clerks were absolutely NOT helpful, bordering on RUDE!!! The bathrooms were disgusting, filthy!!! Yet, both clerks apparently haven't restocked them, as well as anything else in store!!! There is NO excuse for how dirty this location was... NEVER AGAIN!!!

An old lady was the clerk and was really rude when it came to buying gas and a few items along the way. She bad-mouthed my friends behind assumed that they couldn’t speak English, and later as they left said mean things about them. Soon then, I went to get hot dogs, I got 2, but then she tried charging me for FIVE hot dogs in total, when I had two. I pointed it out and she made a big deal of how I should not complain about the price, and was very impatient with me giving her the money. Threw the money across the register in a very rude way. I will never come back here.

Every. Single. Time. I try to pump gas here the pumps consistently click off when I’m trying to fill up.It doesn’t matter which pump you got to this happens EVERY time I’ve come here.If you want to fill up quickly and not consistently have the gas pump click off every couple seconds go somewhere else.

One of the workers there Paul likes to make inappropriate remarks to young women and make them very visably uncomfortable. This has happened multiple times with multiple different women. Many of us will be making a complaint to the corporate office because he should not be allowed to work with the public

I found the clerks to be very rude. Even talking bad about the customers that frequent the store. I'll be talking with the owner of this one when I see him. I figured that they're desperate for help. I won't be going to this store anymore

They were closed at 3 am, there were other customers outside needing to go into the store and the guy inside just ignored us, he was filling up one of the refrigerators with food, we knocked in the glass and call through the space in between the two glass doors and he would not even acknowledge us. I understand that some stores would close in dangerous neighborhoods when they only have one person in the crew due to security purposes, but this is a nice neighborhood and the fact that the guy didn’t even come to the door to say he couldn’t open or something seemed pretty rude. I just left but another lady stayed there knocking pretty hard and repeatedly and almost yelling but he didn’t react at all and she had to leave too! Also they don’t have the pandebonos all 7 eleven have, some will have them only after 8am but this one doesn’t which is disappointing.

the woman working tonight is very rude. my fiance asked for his items double bagged because he was walking and she said "oh, you're walking!" and he told her he lived right around the corner and she goes, "the bushes behind the store don't count."

Guy working here that wears the Boston Red Sox hat is unprofessional and rude. He clearly hates his job and is miserable. Even his co workers don't like him.

I have always loved 7-11's anywhere we have lived. Even before we were married (40 years ago) I loved them in my home town, ALWAYS getting a slurpee. Trying new brands, flavors but almost always been a little happy with the coconut or similar type flavors. 7-Elevens are usually 24/7 so if by chance somebody is ill at home you know you can get some types of medicine cough medicine things like that. Yes it's going to cost you more than if you got it from a discount store but in the middle of the night for family you don't care! 7-Elevens have been part of my life since I was a young kid and I'm 61 I will always use them, I use them for my gas I get a discount almost every single time I go there from $0.03 up to 12 cents a gallon off just for putting in my phone number. Their coffee is outstanding most all 7-Elevens carry the same coffee, it is almost always fresh never have to ask to have it refilled. Most 7-Elevens have very nice people working there Yes of course you're going to have some that are just there because they have to earn some money but that's in any business. I live in Florida after hurricane Charley I went to a 7-Eleven to get a slurpee and a news crew was there because there was no gas and they were asking me why I was there, well I actually made the news on TV because I told him I was there to get a slurpee My wife was so embarrassed but it was me and my dad and we both laughed. It was actually a nice high point to a very low point because of the hurricane. For convenience store you can't go wrong, I won't mention here but there are a couple other convenience stores that are just as good! Godspeed
