We ordered a scotch on line which was sold out locally. We were traveling to Estero so we ordered it to be picked up when we arrived. Easily done!

I absolutely loved my Experience with ABC, I was essentially denied sale at Total wine for an absolutely ridiculous reason and needed to get a nice bottle of merlot and a staff member helped me pick one out and rung me up and surprise surprise i was not denied sale for the same stupid reason that Total Wine did, i will definitely be coming back to this location

I am a regular customer at this location. The store is always clean, well stocked and offers competitive prices. The staff is helpful and professional. I dropped a bottle of red wine at the register on a recent visit. What a mess! The staff couldn’t have been more gracious and helpful in helping an embarrassed customer. I then called and spoke with Michael, the manager with a billing question. Once again pleasant and helpful. Problem solved! I suspect he has something to do with the staff culture. They have earned my business and my appreciation

I come to this particular location five times a year to buy top shelf wine and usually it’s not a problem. I walk in and immediately seek someone out that can open the case. Stopped by today and felt treated like a subhuman. I asked a young lady if she could open the case for me and she asked me what I wanted, I was puzzled so I said some wine. She said I know that but it’s locked and I said yes that’s why I’m asking you to unlock it. To make a long story short, I will never ever ever purchase from ABC spirits again this lady needs extreme customer service training , her best practices are most companies nightmare, especially in the service industry maybe stick her in the stockroom.
