Waste of my money, close to $3k. Fell for their facial special, which is really you doing your own facial - not relaxing at all ?? very disappointing. Still, I fell for the products and lighted device for anti-aging….used for several months with ZERO IMPROVEMENT!! Do not waste your time or money! Was never told non refundable until after purchase…shady business practices for sure!!

Mark was excellent from start to finish. He made me feel comfortable with discussing my skin issues. Everytime I have reached out to him he responds quickly and answers my questions. These are very high end products that I appreciate Mark being there for me every step of the way.

Mark is a lier and a thief. Do not understand any circumstances purchase the Marvelous system. It cost me $5,000.00.I did resear ch and you can buy them for significantly less. Mark told me he wanted to marry me and then he wanted to marry my daughter. He is a scam artist and will not give me a refund.Then he gives me a phone number to call anytime I have a question and the voice mail is not set up. He refuses to provide a refund even though I did not open any of the packages. This place should be out of business.

Arrived early for my appointment as they requested and the door was locked and I waited until 15 minutes past my appointment time and then I had to leave. I called several times and nobody ever answered the phone or came to unlock the door.

We cannot thank Roz enough for her wisdom and advice. I have been trying for literally decades to help my daughter with her acne. K has Autism so it makes it esp. difficult to get feed back and cooperation. Roz was so unbelievably kind and patient with K in explaining what she needed to do. We have been following her advice and the results have been amazing!! We are so happy & it hasonly been 2 weeks! What is even more amazing is you only use this product once a week! We cannot wait to see what the next couple of weeks bring! As I said we tried everything! All the products that promise to work so when Roz said this would take away her acne and give her clear skin needless to say, I had my doubts. Roz showed a genuine care and concern for K like she shared in our struggle and wanted to help us with it. I cannot believe the difference after only two weeks. We are extremely thankful this product it is definitely worth every penny!!! We will continue to be a client of Roz for her care, concern and integrity! I am sorry but I do not post pics of my children on SM but Roz has the pics she could share with you so please stop by and see the amazing results I speak of.
