Great Apple Shop with friendly and helpful staff. The location gets very busy so if you need something specific I’d recommend making an appointment.I don’t feel that the shop is as nice as the Apple Shop in Waterside, but worth a wander in to see what Apple has to offer.

Taking into account that entry Apple store is always busy and I didn’t not think of making an appt and had to wait for like an hour. I do encourage making an appointment prior to going to The Store.Issue over a warranted item was taken care of, no hassle. Friendly staff.

Very nice staff! Despite high traffic, they are able to assist you and devote a ton of time to find the perfect thing for you. Shopping is done by appointment to ensure this. Staff made making an appointment super easy as well!
