When I purchased my new phone, I went into TheAT&T store in Estero Fl.and I got help from a great representative in their name Quan. Wow i was in the sevice / Customer Service for years and i would like to say if you have any questions concerning your phone go in and ask for Quan.This gentleman had all the answers and was very polite,professional, managed each person with a positive attitude and a smile to greet each guest and solve the problem on top of it. My mom went in for a phone repair in March. The guy who “helped” her took her phone to the back, added a new line without her consent or knowledge, and claimed it was fixed. She has been charged a couple hundred dollars for this new phone line and AT&T claims they cannot offer a refund, even though she never authorized these charges. We are currently working alongside the attorney general’s office to resolve this issue.

Shady staff, never put my trade in into the system. Called corporate to see when the credit will be applied to my phone upgrade and they said that the store never even registered the phone into the system and will investigate but never heard back. Basically gave them a phone for free which i’m sure the staff sold.

I switched to ATT and ordered a new phone and accessories which I opted to pick up at the store. There was some difficulty with switching my sim over. The person on the other end who was supposed to be activating the service of the phone was trying to cancel the online sale somehow and resell it for his own commission. But the in store sales reps that helped me, mainly Ashlee (with help from Abraham) were extremely persistent and knowledgeable and sincerely went above and beyond to make sure everything was executed properly. I can’t say enough about these two employees! I’m very satisfied with my experience. ATT you need to check up on your shady activation department. This could’ve been a nightmare if Ashlee and Abraham weren’t bright enough to figure out what was going on.

Ashlee was wonderful. She patiently spent the time to get my Apple Watch to work with my iPhone after the people at the Apple store could not. AT&T, you are lucky to have an employee like her!

Kudos to Abed, our sales contact! We had a half hour wait for service and were ready to tear our hair out when a slot became available. Abed was thoroughly pleasant and funny. He gave us undivided attention and was quite funny. Service was impeccable! The 4 rating was based on the wait time.

I was helped by Tyler and ended up having a considerable amount of faith restored in AT&T! I’m a long time AT&T customer that was with Cingular before they were bought out and haven’t been happy with AT&T for a few years now. I went in to see what my options were and received excellent customer service. Tyler was friendly, knowledgeable, and professional while answering all of my questions and addressing my concerns. While I was there, my friend ended up getting a brand new phone, new plan, and six new accessories because Tyler took the time to review her account and find her a better package that fit her current needs. This AT&T store is very helpful. My husband had his phone stolen and the ladies at this store and Jess went above and beyond help me get him a phone that night. There was some confusion with customer service that I had to go straighten out in the store tonight. Michael went above and beyond as well to make sure I was taken care of.
