I never write reviews on any store even when treated badly by staff but this was crazy, I got frowned upon the minute I walked in the store.
I ignored it and wanted to keep shopping because I Love banana republic but there were 1 cashier in the front helping a couple and another walks up and calls the one person in front of me then both cashier’s proceeded to look at me, ignore me and walk away. I quietly put everything back and walked out. Terrible.

The manager of the store- Andria was extremely rude when my mom got stuck in the fitting room. I asked her to help me and she said that my mom should have a problem that she didn’t know how to open a door. I would love to talk to somebody else but she was the manager so I dint have anybody to complain with.

They have an impressive line of cargo pants, windbreaker jackets, airy and colorful cotton tees, jacket suits, silks shirts, and cardigans. A lot of items are discounted and this is the first store where you I have found a price checker. The store is huge, very clean and everything is on full display.

Rude doesn’t even do justice to the sales person encountered today . There were 4 customers waiting to try on clothes with only 3 fitting rooms unlocked which were all filled with customers . There were probably 7 other locked and unoccupied rooms . I asked twice if she would mind opening another fitting toom . This young sales person who was on the floor said she was “too busy “ as she went on folding shirts and laughing with her co - worker . She actually refused .to accommodate people .and unlock more rooms . I hope her manager realizes the business they are losing , people got tired of waiting , put their merchandise down and left the store . She could have cared less ,as she just kept on laughing and socializing with her co- worker watching people leave the store .. not a good experince !

Usually staff are super friendly here, but it looks they recently hired a new manager who is kind of rude. She talks to customers like giving them orders and it’s not nice at all.

Let me start by saying that I never write reviews. The prices and merchandise were not the issue at this store it was the staff. In all my years of shopping I have never encountered someone more rude and unhelpful then the young lady who checked me out here. Also, I should mention that her manager was also in attendance and in my opinion did nothing to correct this young ladies behavior towards us. She tried to overcharge me for an item that was marked a certain price that apparently was not the price of the item, but that is not my problem. While paying I was using my BR credit card which allowed for an additional discount which she did not give me. When she was called out on this she got extremely annoyed and argumentative that I should of let her know I was using my BR card when in fact I asked her if I had any rewards to apply to my purchase on my card. I would not shop at this location again simply because of the rude staff that is employed at this location. Staff needs to addressed and trained on customer service.
