I went into the Miromar Outlets today and Jamie helped me out. She always helps me when I go in. I also ask for recommendations on the new wall scents. We have the same taste. She is always outgoing, friendly and helpful. Well today she made my day. She was wearing the croc hand sanitizer holder and I told her how much I wanted it but it’s sold out. As I was checking out she had the holder wrapped in cellophane with a bow and put it in my bag. She gave me hers. I was so surprised I wanted to cry. There are still great people in the world. Thanks again Jamie!!

Never have I had such a terrible experience at this bath and body works until today. I decided to come in and swipe some stocking stuffers from this location. When getting in line I noticed no one behind me with no line forming, so I proceeded to take a look at the travel size goodies on the spinning shelves while waiting. When I looked back up, there was an older lady with white hair waving her arms obviously telling me that she was ready to ring me up. When I approached the counter, she laid her head down on the counter while saying she was “going to k*ll herself” while giggling to the other older associate next to her. Although holidays are around the corner, I’ve never seen anyone act so highly unprofessional while working in sales. Not to mention how she made a customer feel while trying to purchase items they all seem to care to sell. Do better!

Very disappointed in this particular location. I am a long time customer and I've never been hassled this bad not even at a car dealership before. Do your employees work for commissions only?!! Because they sure do act like it. I was approached by 4 different people and one even approached me twice, did not respect my space and personal boundaries, and would not take a hint that I wanted to shop in peace. I was already coming for the sale and with every intent on buying something, but the harassment by your employees made me want to leave. I will go to ANY other store except yours. The worst shopping experience I've ever had anywhere. When a customer says I'm just browsing, leave them the Frick alone!! Thats a sign they don't want to be bothered. I can appreciate a gentle "can I help you with anything today", but don't keep pushing, and if a customer backs away, don't keep following them. I'm sorry but your employees desperately need lessons in personal boundaries and harassment.

Would give zero stars if that was an option. The staff here will not let you exchange any items. Jamie is the manager very rude, this is Miromar Outlets location.

A huge thank you to Alex!! I simply had to post this as often Christmas shopping can be rushed and impersonal. I went to the store in Miromar Outlets on the Sunday before Christmas and the place was mobbed. But Alex greeted me as I came in and she helped me find exact what I wanted with no problem at all! A very easy and pleasant experience! Alex is the kind of employee every store should strive for! Thank you Alex!

Walked in and greeted warmly by I believe her name was Alyssa. Honestly I forgot I know it started with an A though. She had brown hair and rainbow chrome glasses, and was so helpful!! Great experience because of her. Just wanted to leave this review because of her wonderful help. I noticed she was also super sweet to other customers as well.
