The employees were polite about being helpless to help regarding Truist's scummy policies.Truist accounts promise the world on paper, but then they aren't set up properly, have hidden suprise fees, or there are slimy legal loopholes that make it so charges/fees that aren't supposed to happen, happen anyway. They aren't able to do anything about consumers being penalized for unfair bank practices from bank errors.Giving 2 stars instead of 1, because it is not the employees' fault that Truist is not a trustworthy bank.

Lady working there has no idea what she’s doing. Took her 30 minutes to count 20$ and hand it out. Also thought I had left and was talking bad about customers. Horrible bank

Megan was amazing to work with, she was efficient and informative. I went in to create a new account and I can’t thank her enough for all of her help. She was so polite and professional! I look forward to working with her for any of my future banking needs.

These woman very politely treated me like a criminal. I had my ID & bank card. She said my signature didn't match. I went inside & re-signed my full signature & it still wasn't good enough. I've had my account for at least 2 years.. This hasn't happened to me at any other Truist or at any other bank before. But they claim it was to protect me. What a waste of my time. I do not feel like a valued customer. I plan on finding a better financial institution very soon.

Staff Courteous but since Chang of management has been very difficult to get what I need. Mort person doesn’t call bac. CUST care # had me in hold for 1 hour 15 min and could not helpMe and said branch could do what I needed. Had been to branch and told me to talk to mortgage person who when i finally spoke to her she said HELOC were another dept. CUST care said Mort person could do it?Branch said outside their ability. All I needed was copy of my HELOC NOTE. 1st 10 years there with original employees as Colonialbank they were fantastic!! Could do whatever I needed. Since BBT and now Truist I would tell everyone to stay away but probably just the way things are today. Banks just too big now.

Chris Hamilton and his staff are terrific. They are so personable, friendly and really care about my businesses needs. I feel like home every time I walk into their branch. Chris even came to my business and presented what his bank offers small business owners. Fantastic!!! Thank you Chris! ?

If you know anything about this area then you know 75% of everyone here is Number 1 = old., Number 2 = Wealthy and thus Number 3 = extremely rude, selfish, immature and most of all ENTITLED because of #1 and 2.

Went to this branch this morning for the first time, after having made two withdrawals at their ATM for a total of $6 in fees. I was the only customer in the bank and after waiting for some time, I was asked to approach the counter. At that time I requested to convert the $500 of $20 I just took from the ATM machine to 5 $100 bills. The man was very rude and asked if I had an account there. He said this was not allowed for non account holders but he would make a one time exception. He said he wanted me to be aware of the bank's policy. Called their corporate office and spoke to someone who was not aware of this policy. If you are looking for rude treatment from employees, then this bank is for you.
