They did an absolutely amazing job in fixing this dent, had my car for only one day and did it at a very reasonable cost. Whereas, another body shop wanted to paint both front and rear doors, remove mirrors, moldings, pin stripes and charge me 500% more for the job. Shawn (owner) is great to work with, saved me money and after my recent experience, if I ever needed auto repair again I would definitely take my car back to them. “I can’t thank Shane and Frankie at Caliber Collision on Andrea Lane enough for their outstanding service and professionalism. After a long and frustrating experience with the Caliber location on Sunshine Boulevard in Lehigh Acres—where I had to return six or seven times for the same unresolved issue—I finally decided to bring my vehicle to the Andrea Lane location. What a difference!
Shane and Frankie were courteous, knowledgeable, and took the time to really assess the problem. They got everything fixed right the first time and made the entire process smooth and stress-free. On top of that, they honored the warranty work without any hassle, which speaks volumes about their commitment to customer satisfaction.
The Lehigh Acres location, unfortunately, had poor workmanship, no proper quality control, and a general manager (Jessie) who seemed more annoyed than helpful. The contrast between the two locations is night and day.

“I had a thumbnail chip of paint on my 2024 Toyota Tacoma tailgate. Most people would have ignored it and moved on but I couldn't. I took it to Jacks to repair. They did a incredible job ofrepair and painting that it looks like it came off the showroom floor. The staff up front were so nice and helpful and gave me the cost to repair it. They were knowledgeable of all the aspects of the repair. They took their time to do the work and the bill was exactly what the estimate said. They gave the whole low down just in case they needed another part. They didnt but were very transparent just in case. I definitely recommend them if you need top notch collision repair or even a small little chip repair.”

“SIX STARS!!! I was looking for a 2023 Alfa Romeo Quadrafoglio. They spent so much time searching for the right car for me and never pressured me to buy something other than what I wanted. Amazing service. Mr Grimm spent an hour with me describing the car I was interested in. He gave me all the history of the Quadrafoglio which was interesting to know, and apprieciated.
Also the salesman on the floor , Paulo, was amazing, after he located the perfect car for me he spent time vetting the car properly , and sent me texts regularly to let me know the progress. No pressure at all. I flew in the day the car was ready and this gentleman insisted on picking me up at the airport. No car dealer ever did that. He even arrived with an ice cold drink ready for me as we drove to the dealership. Paulo spent at least 2 hours in the car with me showing me and explaining everything there was to know about the car. Never had a car dealer show this much interest. I had a question he wasn’t sure of and he had a tech come outside and show us what we didn’t understand. Paulo even put a full tank of gas in the car for me, and the car takes premium too. Who does that! Great people they feel like family. Never pressured me in the least to buy anything different or extra.
Also Chris in financing helped me do the paper work and was so efficient , and lightning fast, great to work with and even took my calls after hours when he was out to dinner with his family….a great guy! He overnighted me the docs and gave me a pre paid to FEDEX back to him, and made the entire process seamless. Other dealers can’t be bothered with all this detail. I know this is a long review but I’ve used many other dealers in the past, so I happen to know what I’m talking about, These guys go over and above what is expected and deserve the highest recognition . I would use them again no questions asked. Thanks again guys, you made it an awesome experience.

“Brett replaced a damaged 2009 door, using a salvaged door I provided. The door was not the exact right year, but he made it work. He did a great color match, and reconnected the stereo, electric sideview mirror, power window and air bag.Brett has a GI engineer vibe---- he "gets the assignment." He runs a clean shop, and turned around my job in two days at a lower-than-competitive rate. Considering all the rip-off artists here in SWF, I was happy to find someone who understood the job. “I wanted to leave a review since the experience I had getting my car done at Gerber Collidion & Glass in Estero was so good! They got my car fixed much faster than I ever would have expected and they were so professional with every interaction. When I dropped my car off, I was going to walk home but when they heard that was my plan, they insisted that I let them take me home so I didn’t have to walk in the heat. Seriously great customer service and I will forever recommend this place to anyone needing vehicle repairs. Also the original quote they gave me was very close to the actual price after it was all said and done ?. To top it off, my car looks even better than before the accident. Great work!”
