Walked in and got immediately sent out because they didn’t have anything in my size
i’m a 0 or 00 depends on the fit
overall some of the worst customer service i have ever experienced.
i don’t understand how the whole store didn’t have a dress in a 0/00
felt very excluded
wanted to look nice for a job orientation at a resort, i will take my business elsewhere.

A few weeks ago we stopped in on a Saturday evening, the Caucasian lad was taking care of everyone and engaging with everyone on the sales floor. Fast forward three weeks we’re at the store again on a Saturday to buy some French cuff shirts. The two people working ignored everyone who walked in, and were to busy speaking to eachother to help us, I get it’s an outlet but you can at least say hello to us. We didn’t end up buying anything because I felt really uncomfortable being in there.. I would give a lower rating for yesterday but the store was super clean and that experience a few weeks ago was truly amazing- alone on a Saturday and he was able to make sure every person was taken care of.

My husband and I were at Miromar Outlet to get a pair of pants for an event this evening. We walked past the newly opened Brooks Brothers. I will be honest we only stopped in because of the 1/2 off everything in the store sign but it was the BEST experience we had. The new staff was amazing, awesome, and so very helpful. My husband found a pair a slacks and jacket and the associate picked out the best shirt and tie for the ensemble after him asking me what his like is style was. Thank you Ben and the rest of the Brooks Brothers staff for an amazing shopping experience. We will be back.

My husband had an unexpected meeting come up at the last minute. We had to buy a suit, shirt and tie and just had a 45 minute time window yo get it done. The sales staff was amazing.
