Staff was great, but in the changing rooms next to the girl clothes, in the room closest to the register you can see a security camera in the changing room’s mirror. Was very creeped out when I noticed it and checked the other changing rooms to see if you could see the camera in there too. When I opened the middle changing room I noticed the mirror wasn’t even on the same wall/side as the one I used. Somebody was in the furthest one so I didn’t get to check which side that mirror was on, just found it very odd and disturbing how perfectly lined up and hidden the camera was, given I only saw it in the mirror when I was bent down putting my shoes on and am wondering why! Very weird.

The sell a very specific look obviously. The prices seem high for what you can get. This store has air conditioning units directly inside the store which isnt a great look.

Love this store!! Today I walked in with a return and walked out with more stuff as always!! When can you walk in to Buckle and not buy something?? The staff here is AMAZING!! They had no AC today and were as nice as can be!! The manger is so helpful and friendly along with the rest of the staff!

Stopped in earlier today and the girl (wearing black Levi's) was such a doll. She was so attentive and helpful. Sometimes sales people overwhelm me here but she was a gem!

We are from Kentucky and went in to look for Jean for a wedding. Staff was super polite, respectful, positive and helpful! Those qualities are very hard to come by now days. Your store is very well run because of the employees you have working there!
