Love this place. Clothes fit nice and look pretty. My only issue is with all stores in Florida too many winter clothes.

I was looking for an outfit for my 40th High School Reunion! After leaving a very high end department store in the mall I felt fat and dejected as I found nothing with little to no help :( I remembered I'd seen a few posts on social media with some really cute outfits at Chico's and thought I'd stop in...WOW Chico's you now have a new customer! I walked in told them the same spiel I did prior but this time they jumped into action. The wonderful clerk said stay right there I have some ideas and she grabbed 5 outfits for me to try. The first dress I tried on was it, SOLD! I rarely write reviews but I was so impressed I couldn't let the team at Chico's go unnoticed. Thank you Coconut Point Chico's!!

Selected a number of items at significant cost. Several items were for that evening. I invested $600.00 there! The person helping me took my selected items to the counter. Someone else checked me out. Got to our temporary home for January and found an item was missing. Called the store and was told the item was sitting there. When I questioned why it wasn’t part of the checkout it was hinted that it was my fault.After that no solution was provided other than drive back. We were 30 minutes each way from the store. I suggested an Uber and was told they weren’t a delivery service. I said I could so they should be able to and was told I should go ahead. Wow! For the total purchased this was a truly insulting response. Also I am a regular Chicos shopper. Shame on you Chico’s. My husband ended up going back, leaving our company. He was also rudely treated with no apologies, only response was “we were very busy today”. He also had to request a discount. You are not the customer oriented store you pretend to be. A simple “We are sorry for your trouble. Please accept our apologies and let me help make things better”. Other than making must feel as though we made a mistake.

Went in for the first time yesterday. I needed to return a lot of items purchased online that didn't fit. No one greeted me although there were at least 3 sales people standing around on the floor chatting with friends. The lady at the cash register ignored me for quite some time while she was chatting with her friend. Finally, I had to interrupt her to ask if she could help me with returns. She looked at me as though I had just asked her to scrape poo off my shoe. After a big sigh she said yes. When I placed two large bags on the counter she asked "these are all returns?" When I said yes she heaved another sigh and complained to the lady next to her "these are all returns." I told the lady I would walk around the store while she did the returns and check back with her in a few minutes. The whole time I walked around, at least 15-20 minutes, the sales people on the floor ignored me and continued to chat with their friends. I walked around the floor several times so they couldn't have missed my presence. As I was admiring a pair of shoes by the dressing rooms a very nice lady came up to me and commented how pretty they were. I thought she was a customer so imagine my surprise to discover she worked there. I told her how much I appreciated her since she was the first person on the floor to say anything to me. We chatted a little while longer about the lack of customer service wherein she apologized profusely. Upon returning to the counter I found a customer parked on a stool almost directly in front of the cashier working on my returns while she chatted with the cashier. Again I had to interrupt the conversation, since I was being studiously ignored, to ask if my returns were done. The clearly irritated cashier told me "almost." I moved around the customer to the counter and waited patiently. Not once during this entire time did the cashier look at me or acknowledge that I was there except to tell me to sign return receipts. Another customer came up to the counter asking where the sale items were located. A different salesperson told her there were some around the corner and waived in a vague direction. At which point, the cashier doing my returns announced in a derogatory tone so everyone in the store could hear "there will be a lot more on the rack this is all clearance." It was humiliating. Later I received a voicemail from someone letting me know I had left my reusable bags at the store. Honestly I will never go back to this store. I have been in a lot of Chico's stores and have never been treated so badly.

Wow ladies I am really impressed with the staff and the selection. I own stores In saratoga ny and Charleston sc , I brought my mom and aunt to go shopping and really thought Claudine and a lot of The ladies were outstanding smiling and just real honest ladies who love fashion. It was spectacular and really had a great experience. The store was absolutely mobbed also with tons of ladies who looked great in a lot of things. I used to be the stylist for lilly pulitzer at their headquarters and dress all the models for their website so I know professional ladies when I see them. You have a great team there , The store is well stocked and we had a great time. Thank you again.

Updated improved more consistent staff.. I used to go in often but YUK WITH STAFF. If they don't think you want to try on and they don't think you're buying ignore you even if you are wearing chicos clothes. Need receipts for return. Staff has been more stable and improved since opening from covid shutdown. However stock is good but inventory on popular sizes always runs out so I order most clothes online.

I used to go in often but last few times YUK WITH STAFF. If they don't want to try on and they don't think you're buying lits of times ignore you even if you have on Chicos clothes. I wear almost all chicos clothes but mainly order onlline now.
