Received our mattress at a great price and the manager, Dave, honored the promise of meeting the lowest price possible even when compared with other companies. The customer service was terrific, and we received the mattress on the exact day and time as scheduled. Very happy with our purchase and the way we were treated.

David Gerhardinger was Amazing My Wife and I needed A matress Asap And He Delivered We Purchased a King Size On Sat morn 1030 It was Delivered 1230 that morning Put together delivery guys were great go there City Matterss has quality beds no bull shhhht. Michele Standish is amazing! My boyfriend and I were looking for pillows that would help support our neck and was not memory foam. She knew exactly what we wanted and was very nice! She is the one to go to at city mattress!!!

Frank was amazing!! We went to the store just to look and ended up buying a mattress and an adjustable frame. He was very knowledgeable and friendly. He really took his time, listened to what we wanted and showed us a range of mattress in high and low price ranges to make sure we selected the best fit. Highly recommend!!

This was an unbelievable shopping experience. Our salesperson Frank was so knowledgeable and helpful. The delivery was right on time as scheduled and the 2 men were efficient and set up the two new beds quickly and took away an old bed and mattress. I would highly recommend shopping here if you need a mattress.

Best bed I have owned love my adjustable base which I got in 2017. I have to say their service is great also had a problem with the remote. With having a sinus drip looking forward to being able to sleep good again.
