Not great. 1st thing i noticed, there was a little gooey stuff on center consul next to cup holder. Still there after, easily wiped up with a wet wipe.
Then the really bad. I have a heads-up display, small plexiglass above the steering wheel to show info such as speed. It was fine before, after it had been sprayed with a chemical cleaner, destroyed the finish. It's going to need to be replaced now.

Great carwash. My car always looks shiny and clean, inside and out. Classic Car Wash prices are reasonable and well worth the great job staff does.

I mean $25 for an external wash and internal clean isn’t bad. They’re also pretty fast. The workers are also very nice. I do wish they would get the cracks of the center console a bit more. Otherwise I’m happy!

Terrible service waited almost 2 hours for an oil change and vacuum when done there were still layers of crumbs in between the seats when confronted about it he called the cops. I showed them and was given a full refund only after the cops told him he was liable. Scummy owner with scummy practices.

Had them do a $70 service. They cleaned the leather seats, dash, door panels carpet and glass. Car was pretty dirty and they did a good job. Glass had some smears which is hard to avoid when the glass is so hot. Overall satisfied.

HORRIBLE. I brought my grandmas car and got a number 3 wash, they left it covered in spots and streaks (pictured). I pointed the spots out to the worker and he did nothing to fix them and just sent us away. One star because at the very least they left one of there detail rags in the car, I guess so you can wipe the streaks when you get home.

I bought birthday balloons and put them in the trunk of the car before the car wash. Bought a car wash that did not include a trunk vacuum. One of the workers opened the trunk and let the balloons fly away and DIDNT SAY ANYTHING TO ANYONE. After calling and complaining one of the workers called me back and basically blame me for not telling anyone that the balloons were in there. I should have said something and they are right about that. But I can see something worse happening and no one owning up to the mistake or taking responsibility. I wish they took ownership of their mistake its balloon not that big of a deal.. I asked them to have the owner call me back and never got a call.

Used to be a good car wash. They close at 5:30, I came in at 4:50 and they told me they couldn’t wipe my leather seats because it’s almost closing time. I told them I didn’t want the extravagant $75 wash, I just wanted the regular and add the seats wiped even with just a wet cloth. They refused. Manager/owner said no as well. Definitely won’t be back. & my car looks like crap.

Extremely, extremely rude and hostile. Very unhelpful, unfriendly girl answering the phone. Super intense guy taking order for work. Couldn't have been worse. He was super scary, creepy. Horrific experience. Left car seats covered with debris

So tired of showing this place not excepting or honoring the car wash coupon from Estero Bay Chevrolet .Not how you treat a customer for 15 years. How much business have they received from Estero Bay over the years from this? Your losing business because I don't come back because of this $14.

Worst car wash ever. My window tint was chipped, car was scratched & paint was also chipped. Front bumper was left dirty. I showed the manager everything & all he did was laugh & find excuses for all the damage done. Even told me not to be “ungrateful.” I don’t recommend this car wash to anyone.

All 4 of my wheel arches got scratched up after my last visit paying $84 for interior and exterior wash been going here a while but not again
