Absolutely rude employees! My sister and I walked in the store, one of the employees looked at us and rolled her eyes and looked away and then another one at the register was like “Ugh we’re closed!”. This was so unnecessary! The door was open! If you’re closed maybe the door should be locked.

bad customer service and as I learnt to know, that I have paid a much higher price for Estee Lauder products than in other comparable shops. Please check the prices before you buy you cannot return any item you have bought there. That's company policy they told me.

me and my friends went here just to look for a product and a white man came to us and said that we need to be quiet and the makeup here are NOT toys. me and two of my friends were in the lipstick and a lipstick was already ruined and he came back and told one of my friends to leave because he thought my friend knocked it down. and even when my friend left, he was eyeing us the whole time we were there, he was keep following us and making sure we didn’t mess up or stealing. he make me and my friends uncomfortable and unwanted even though we just wanted to look for something and he was treating us like children.

We had a very unpleasant experience with a shop assistant who kept telling me and my teenage daughter that there was no additional discount on the 15$ item we bought. We were completely fine with that and told her so. But when we talked amongst ourselves in German (about something totally different), she claimed she was Turkish (???) and she could understand us. She was really out of line and unbelievably rude. Never again.

Attractive deals but not worth encountering arrogant and indignant manager or elitist elderly female employee. Bought some MAC foundation during a sales event. Noticed the pump that goes to the bottle wss packaged separately behind the product. Next day I realized the sales person, “Luz B”, didn’t include pump. Called the store and was told the pump was extra. I asked why I wasn’t told that when I purchased item - and the response was so garbled in a thick accent I asked for the store manager. Of course he wasn’t available. I called back; he glossed over any misstep by the elderly sales woman and insinuated I should have intuitively known the pump was extra. Really? He also asked for my name to do some “research” but never offered to follow up with me. Again, really? I believe with all my heart he was trying to intimidate me - which is crazy. Seriously crazy. Over a legitimate complaint/observation? Wish I would have never stepped foot in that store. Wasn’t looking for anything more than an “I understand-we’ll get this right moving forward.” Response I received was far from that. Not worth the time or my dignity to do business with such arrogance. Not worth yours either.

Visited the store today after a long hiatus. The gentleman working was incredibly warm and helpful. I look forward to seeing him at my next visit!
