Absolute worst. We waited in line at the drive through for literally twenty minutes watching the car in front of us argue with the pharmacist. I'm guessing her prescription wasn't ready, as that seems to be the trend. After the 20 minute wait, we pulled up only to see the "pharmacy closed" sign. It was 6:01 pm. Thankfully we could wait for the prescription until tomorrow, but I'm not sure about the other two cars behind us. I hope they weren't dependent upon getting their meds that day. Something like this happens every time. We will be switching our prescriptions to Publix. I've had enough.

I would avoid this Pharmacy at all costs. Their equipment is always broke so you can not use the drive thru. So they make everyone come in and have one person checking a line 15 people deep. This is a 45 minute trip every time.

The staff is very nice but you can't get a phone answered by the pharmacy to save your soul. Still, I'm boycotting Walgreens so I'm stuck until I either return to Michigan or transfer my prescriptions to Publix.

This is not my favorite store. The service I received at the pharmacy counter, however was very good. I am more disenchanted with the phone experience, with the menu of non stop talk about the vaccines. Why are you still pushing them when the Vaers data shows lots of side effects, such as heart attack, strokes and many more problems, including death!

I came to get a vaccine at 1:25pm and the pharmacy told me I could not get it because they were closing for lunch. it clearly states their lunch starts at 1:30. bad customer service.

I would give the pharmacy a negative. They don't answer the phone- ever. I was on hold for 45 minutes, drove the the pharmacy still on hold, got there- no one in the pharmacy or drive thru- still on hold. They claimed they answered all phone calls- I guess just not mine? Moved to the coconut point CVS- answered phone right away- wonderful customer service.

Francis and Daniel spent time to help me locate and find sale items and I saved $40.00 dollars! I'm so happy, I needed the money!

This is a pharmacy I do not go to. I received a voice-mail about a prescription that was not ordered for me and that I haven't taken in years. I don't even live in Estero. I tried to call to get more information and whoever is in the pharmacy keeps hanging up on me even though it is over 30 minutes before their scheduled lunch, which i know because the hold recording repeats it constantly. Ridiculous that you would just hang up on your customers in the middle of a workday.

This CVS has the minute clinic. They were on their lunch break so I took a seat and patiently waited. 2 people came out and walked past me without saying anything. Then another woman who I assume was the doctor came out and asked if I had an appointment. I did not because this is a walk in clinic that I've never been to. I wasn't aware an appointment was required. She said she thought she was booked up for the day but I could check the kiosk and then she walked away. No greetings, no further explanations or assistance, didn't even check to see what the issue I needed to be seen for was or give me suggestions on where else I could be seen. For a clinic- the service was terrible and I most likely will not be back. Thanks CVS!
