Forever Grateful to Jason & Todd at Diamond District
Jason and Todd helped us find the perfect engagement ring and wedding bands, and they made the whole experience feel special. What really stands out, though, is the care they continue to show—even years later. I can stop by anytime to have my ring cleaned or inspected, and they always treat me like family. It means so much knowing the people who sold us our rings still genuinely care.

We came to Diamond District to get my engagement ring resized, we had the best experience and service with Pamela and the master jeweler JL, they both took such great care of us. JL did an amazing job with the ring and it fits perfect. We will definitely be back!

I didn't have a remarkable experience like almost everyone said. I heard really good things about this place and I can tell you it's not all that. I went in for an appraisal and what they wanted to give me for a diamond ring was change. The person I saw didn't know first of all the quality of my ring nor the diamond it had. He actually told me if I was looking for more to go to a pawn shop. Does that sound like a place you want to go to. Never again I'll waste my time going to the Diamond district.

From the moment we walked in the door and were greeted by Song Ocasio, we were well taken care of with all of our questions answered. Headed to Diamond District before our 30th wedding anniversary based on my wife's positive comments on the commercials we have been seeing while watching the morning WINK news. I wasn't disappointed! I met Song Ocasio one of the buyers there and we immediately connected on the challenge of looking for just the right ring to celebrate the occasion. I had brought some rings my wife already had and Song was able to ask me a few questions to narrow down what might be just right for my wife. She was very efficient and knowledgeable at the same time and I left with what I hoped would be the perfect surprise for our anniversary weekend at the Don Cesar in St Pete's. My wife was super surprised and loved it! My wife and I went back this weekend so she could meet Song and discuss some additional ideas around some other jewelry she wanted to modify. We also submitted several pieces for appraisal before I update our insurance rider for the new ring. Everything at the Diamond District is top notch and I have been to many jewelry stores over the years but they are the best I have encountered and Song was the perfect person to help us and we will continue to go back to visit her regularly for all our jewelry needs! Thank you Song!
