I ordered the wrong pizza and my daughter will Only eat cheese, they were nice enough to remake it for me and then gave me the free Mess up Pizza. Super nice and friendly staff.

Your order doesn’t get to you. THIS IS FREQUENT. My unintelligent self keeps ordering from here when half the time I never get my food. Ridiculous. AND you can’t even contact the store if something’s wrong. THEN I JUST PLACED ANOTHER ORDER AND THEY CANCELLED IT.

I ordered a pizza at roughly 7:30 and currently it is 8:27 and I still have no comfirmation of where my pizza is at. In history the pizza has been hit or miss. I also called and waiting for someone to pick up and no one answered after a minute.

My bill was around $40 and this one of the two pizzas they sent! Looks like someone slammed a cup on two of the slices! Those slices didn’t have any ingredients including cheese or sauce. Totally unacceptable considering they have a “quality check” before a pizza goes out. I should have read the reviews.I called the store and told an employee. He tried to play it off like it’s normal. ??♂️

I called 3 times and nobody answered. How do you run a business like that at least put me on hold. Nobody there deserves a job. That’s pathetic.

I placed a delivery order DAYS in advance for 7 pizzas for my staff. They showed up almost 2 hours late and the driver only had 3 pizzas and said he would be right back. He never came back with the remaining pizzas and the entire day they had their store phone turned off. Absolutely terrible experience and the only positive was I eventually got a refund.

Guess I should have read the reviews before ordering and would have known better. Pizza was just ok and the what they considered “mild wings” was just plain wings with a little mild drizzle. Come on now management needs to step it up or find another job.

Absolutely the worst delivery experience I've ever had. Placed an order here at 1:04. Estimated delivery time was 26 minutes. The food didn't even go out for delivery until 1:40, 10 minutes past the estimate. It didn't arrive until 2:21, 51 minutes past the delivery estimate. That's 1 minute short of tripling their original estimate. When the food arrived, my driver Calliem, threw the food at me without the use of a warming sleeve. Once opened, I realized all of the pizzas were damaged because they didn't use any plastic partitions to keep the cheese off of the box. I was so upset I told Calliem to leave. Calliem took offense to this, and said to me "What you gonna do about it n****! You trying to fight me!" So, in short, don't order from here. The level of unprofessionalism from beginning to end of this interaction was atrocious! That driver needs to be fired, and I have already contacted the police regarding his threatening behavior.

Long time customer, I order dinner for my family tonight and my order was not correct. And so when I called up the store, they put me on hold for over 30 minutes and received no customer service, I think next time I will order from Jet’s Pizza. Very disappointed with dominoes tonight.
