Not very ada compatable as every isle had something in the middle of it blocking my wheelchair. Also a lack of larger sizes 13, 14. I found a slipper that fit, but not quite in my preferred color. The only one of all in their selection that fit.

They suck, and that is probably why they had to shut down.

Had to wait in the checkout line just to pick up a pair of shoes ON HOLD. Watched all the folks ahead of me discuss their purchase, use their credit cards, sign up for dsw points. Then when I finally got to the register, it took less than 15 seconds for the cashier to hand me the shoes and she wasn't nice either. What happened to customer service? This is why stores are closing. Who wants to be treated this way!

Good evening,On March 5 I went to DSW in Estero, Florida #2938 to pick up my birthday shoes I ordered the evening of March 4. I got to the store around 520pm and decided to walk around to see if there was anything else I wanted to buy for myself. After I walked around for about 10 min I walked to the buy online, pick up in store table. There were two cashiers, Jose and Crystal, and they both had guests. When Crystal’s guest walked off I said “excuse me, excuse me, Do I need to get in line?” She glanced at me and said “yes” and took the next guest. After I waited in line after one lady, Jose finished a guest and took me. I then asked him “is it customary to take store guests ahead of buy online, pick up guests?” He replied that if they are busy then yes. I told him that Crystal took a guest ahead of me after I asked her what to do. I will say noticed that there were 2 other workers on the floor when I was walking around. I told him I would like to then return my shoes and speak to a manager about it. I told him I wanted to Crystal to do my return and I would like to speak to her about what happened. She walked over and I asked the same thing I asked Jose and then I told her she took a guest in front of me. She told me she didn’t see me, which was a lie because we SPOKE. I told her that you did see me and you took someone in front of me, and that I should’ve had to wait given that I paid last night and I was there to pick up. I feel that in that case I should have come to the store to buy them like everyone else. Where was the convenience in that? I asked Crystal to give me a corporate number for me to express my grievance. She then walked off and said “I hope you have a Happy Birthday.” She then walked off and didn’t give me any phone number or speak to me. She disregarded me and disrespected me for no reason. I manage a retail store and I was appalled at how I was treated. I returned the shoes and proceeded to call corporate, after I asked Jose to call another manager over and THAT manager was accommodating and gave me the number and assisted me. That particular manager, that walked over after Crystal walked off, and Jose were amazing! They are kind and listened and apologized. I want to COMPLIMENT their professionalism, given that Crystal had none and was not willing to assist me.I want her not to do that to anyone else and I don’t think you should have her representing your company acting emotionally immature and unprofessional. I would hope that you rectify this situation so she doesn’t upset another person and ruin their birthday. She shouldn’t work there.Thank you for hearing me out.Sent from my iPhone

We needed some extra help with sneakers and also with a pair we were sending in for repair. Madisen assisted us and was very, very nice! She was knowledgeable, professional and treated us extremely well! Any retail business would be proud to have her work for them!Thank you Madisen!!!:-)

Got $30 off on a $60 pair of sketchers. Ordered online, used code, picked them up a few days later at the store. Easy peasy

The store is very clean and the associates are very helpful. The only complaint about DSW I have is the men's section seems to get smaller every year so the selection for men is very slim. DSW used to carry a ton of different styles for dress shoes and now you are lucky to see 20.

Very poor selection of men's shoes. If you have a common shoe size, they will be out of stock in it.They claim to be discount, but had no sale of any type - not even discount for buying 2nd pair of shoes. This is a full price shoe store with disappointing inventory for men.Try Rack Room instead - better pricing and inventory.
