I recently rented from Enterprise for a crucial family trip requiring an 8 seater vehicle to transport 6 kids and luggage on a 3.5 hour drive. While my initial reservation didn't go as planned (I received a much smaller car, causing significant day-of-travel stress and time pressure), what happened next truly defined Enterprise's commitment to customer care.
During that stressful first rental, two incredible gentlemen at the RSW Airport (Fort Myers) garage office on 6/14 were absolute lifesavers! I wish I remembered their names. All remember is that one of the gentlemen's namestarted with the letter D. They listened to our urgent situation and provided rapid, efficient assistance, getting us into a suitable vehicle immediately. Their professionalism under pressure was a huge relief.
However, for my follow up reservation, I was apprehensive about a repeat issue. I proactively spoke with Jaylen at the Estero Enterprise location. I expressed my concerns and fears about not having a large enough vehicle for my family's needs. Jaylen didn't just listen; he assured me he would personally do everything possible to get us the right car.
Jaylen didn't just meet expectations, he exceeded them spectacularly. Not only did he secure a perfectly sized 8-seater for our needs, he managed to get us the EXACT same vehicle we had used successfully on the previous trip! 😆This attention to detail and dedication to fulfilling a specific customer need was incredibly impressive.
My experience at the Estero office was outstanding. While waiting, it was evident that their exceptional service wasn't just luck; it's their culture. Jaylen exemplified this: he was consistently kind, attentive, and patient with every customer, and it was equally clear he fostered a supportive and respectful environment with his team.
Enterprise, and particularly the teams at RSW Airport (Fort Myers) and the Estero branch led by Jaylen, turned a potentially stressful situation into a demonstration of true customer care and operational excellence. They didn't just rent me a car; they provided peace of mind and a solution tailored to my family's specific requirements. This level of professionalism and genuine care is why I've already referred my nurse colleagues to Enterprise and will absolutely be a loyal customer moving forward. Thank you, Jaylen and the Estero team – you are outstanding!

Jaylin at Enterprise was very helpful and answered all my questions. All in all I had a vehicle to drive while my truck was getting work done. Was in and out quickly.

This morning I was left in the lurch by the Ford dealership- the staff at this Enterprise location were terrific. Picked me up, and handled the short-notice rental request smoothly. I've dealt with several Enterprise locations in Lee County and this one is definitely head and shoulders above the rest.

Jack and Noah,
I wanted to take a moment to express my deepest gratitude to both of you for your incredible help in saving our family vacation. Your exceptional service and quick thinking turned what could have been a disastrous situation into a memorable and enjoyable trip.
Despite our numerous reservations through Enterprise customer service, we faced the unfortunate reality of arriving in Lehigh Acres to find that the 15-seater van we had booked was unavailable. The Enterprise branch on US 41 left us stranded with the excuse that their phone was not working, leaving us feeling helpless.
However, you both swooped in like guardian angels from the nearby branch of Estero, and I cannot thank you enough for your swift action and dedication.
Thanks to your efforts, our family could embark on our vacation without further delay, and we had a fantastic time exploring the Cabin in Georgia. You both exemplify what exceptional customer service should be, and your professionalism did not go unnoticed.
Thank you again for coming through for us when we needed it most. We are incredibly grateful for your assistance and will never forget the outstanding service provided by the Estero local Enterprise team.

From pickup to drop off my experience with Enterprise staff was positive. I also liked being able to monitor and adjust my dates via email and extend my time at the local office nearby. When returning my rental to RSW airport I was greeted and assisted by a very pleasant and helpful young man, thank you AJ. I will definitely use Enterprise in the future!

After someone hitting my car, their insurance covered for me to get a rental while mine was being fixed. I first did not receive car big enough requested(May have been insurance company’s fault).Received a bigger vehicle after having the vehicle for a few days, received a phone call from enterprise that they needed to swap out our cars and it was not going to be the same size. We said we need a big enough car for multiple different reasons. They said the former people that had our car left something in it and we said we Able to let them come and search through it. We don’t like to make changes for our special needs son who has a hard time with change. So a representative came to come and look through the car and then proceeded to tell us that the people believed they left a fire arm hidden in the car. I couldn’t believe it I said, take this car immediately away.. I let them know of the new car we needed to have replaced. I couldn’t believe that. They didn’t tell us that from the gecko, I have a special needs child that has no idea what a gun looks like and the dangers of it! They couldn’t find us a comparable car and said we’ll just returning to the original, for we look through it and didn’t find anything I was in shock and said no!!
