Scheduling for my appointment was nearly 2 weeks out. Set appointment for 0930 on the available date. Requested check out a rattling noise (warranty), a fit and finish issue (warranty) and rotate tires. Dropped truck off the night before. I started calling around 4pm and never could get a service advisor on the phone. Drove to dealership at 540pm and was informed the truck never got looked at.Left it overnight again and at noon it still hasn't been touched. I was offered a free rental but I need a truck to tow with for my business.I've received good service on other vehicles in the past. Hopefully the staffing issues will get ironed out and the quality of service will recover quickly.***Edited to reflect the current UAW strike which I had forgotten about. ***

Hello Esreo Bay,I leased 3 vehicles from the same salesman within a span of 7 years. Post Ian I decided to buy a vehicle from your lot which was actually a ford. At the time the vehicle wasn't on the lot for sale. The vehicle has had issues since I've left the lot.I contacted the sales rep and he informed me to bring it to ford. Now the warranty that I paid over 4000 dollars for won't pay for the repair. ?why would you sell me a warranty that only covers 20% of the work. reliance/endurance from what I gather. I require a carfax and prior ownership for my lawyer. I really hope that this vehicle was not owned by any employee in your w2 history or there will be damaging representation from you establishment. THEY NEED TO FIRE EVERYONE AT THE DAMM FUCKING SERVICE DEPARTMENT, took my Chevy express van for OVER HEATING PROBLEM after 1 month of purchasing it, 1 week later now it's leaking coolant on my driveway, and the next available day is in 6 weeks, I don't have 6 weeks WTF Esterobay

If I could give them a minus, I would. I wish I had gone in and read the reviews before I used this sad sack for a dealership's service. You have to wait for literally a month, a MONTH to get an oil change. As I read these reviews, I'm actually thankful that they are so lame, it prompted me to read the reviews which are mostly terrible and based on my experience true. I'll be going some place else. Sad, I purchase a brand new Chevy Silverado and can't get it properly serviced.

I was torn with what star review to leave. I have used this dealership for my previous Chevy with no issues, but I lost it in the hurricane. This was my first time in for my new Chevy Equinox for an oil change and recall for a part. I was told it was ready and I called twice to ask if they had done the recall portion as well, but no answer and voicemail full. So I drive to the service center and they are busy, I get it. But I stand there for like 20 mins without even being acknowledged. The woman at the desk (who apparently is my advisor) didn’t look up and acknowledge me once, just scrolled on her cell while on the phone with someone else. There were two other men working inside who also did not even give me a “Hello, we will be with you soon.” I stepped outside hoping to find someone, with no luck. Stepped inside again and still met with no acknowledgment, not even eye contact or a smile. So I stepped outside a second time and I am met with a smile from Cardinal (I believe that’s what I was told his name is). I told him what was going on and he was so apologetic and dropped everything to help me. He listened and even parked my car away from the chaos per my request. Because of him only, I will return as a customer. So he gets the 5 stars and hope he is recognized for his amazing customer service.Service: Oil change

Our experience with this dealership has been a headache to say the least. When you are purchasing a vehicle they are very welcoming and handing you waters etc.We have purchased High Country 3500 Dually trucks, to say the least are not cheap trucks. We have purchased a total of three the most recent being a 2022 We also purchased a 2022 colorado.First off, be weary of the service department. A couple of months into purchasing my Colorado I got a flat tire. I took it to service to have it repaired because the sensors kept going off that the tire pressure was low. They repaired it and readjusted the sensors. As soon as I get on the highway the sensors start going off. This was a day before leaving town, I thought the sensors had not reset properly.No, they did not mount the tire properly and had to have someone come out and replace it. Imagine the damage and accident this could have caused on the highway because they could not take the time to properly inspect the new tire they were mounting. An extra $4,000+ in insurance/protection for what?!The worst part is recently with our 2022 3500 High Country.We took it in because it was time for its first oil change but also because it started making a weird noise. They said they would try to fit it in their schedule. This is a truck that is producing money for our company and it has now been sitting in their shops for weeks. They want to charge us over $4,000 on a repair because they claim that water got into the diesel tank. This is a brand new truck for it to already be having all these problems.Jose is very rude and starts raising his voice at you almost to the point he is yelling. We paid over $8,000 in insurances/protections for this expensive truck and they want to charge us all this money for something we did not do. Either the truck came faulty or they tell us it is the gas stations fault. More people would have complained to the gas station by now because we were not the only ones pumping diesel that day.Guillermo or William in financing, I had respect for him but it is ridiculous the amount of voicemail and calls I have left him only for him to not even bother to return my phone call. I had to speak to Russel about the paper work on our insurance and warranty because we are panning on reviewing it with your lawyers.They have not sent anything over. There is no communication on their part. William was the first one to see us a High Country back in 2019 and for him to be in financing now and not return a phone call. This is not how accommodating he was when we were signing the paperwork and giving the deposit.We tried speaking to the manager and all they do is pass us along to another seller.We do not want this truck anymore and all they offer is $50,000 for it and to sell us another. I bet William and Jose will be the very first ones to attend to us if we say we are purchasing another truck.I never complain but this is ridiculous.I will be contacting Chevrolet themselves as this dealership all they care about is you when you are handing them a check or money.I can see why the vendor who sold us the 2022 High Country is now working in Dodge.We have spoken to other agencies and they have said Estero is known for scamming when it comes to servicing. They will ask charge GMC for the servicing from the insurance and then will charge you. Someone posted something related in a recent review. I was advised to also file a complaint with State Consumer Protection Agency and Federal trade commission or GMC themselves. I still have yet to receive my insurance paperwork from Russell/Guillermo.

I was greeted by a Car Representative named Paul Green when I was shopping for Camaros about a month ago. He showed Me this gray Camaro but it had a convertible top & I was actually looking for a hard top. Also I was looking for the colors black, white, or shock. Paul Green though was a Great Car Rep & did keep in contact w/Me after I left but then l decided to check out other makes & models of different cars & informed Him to keep Me in mind if any of the other ones came into His Dealership. He did, but it they were out of My price range. Still, a Great Car Representative for Estero Bay Chevrolet!

I recently purchased a new vehicle from this dealership. In summary flawless experience. Rick Sluder and Paola were professional and prompt on everything they handled. True professionals. I'd like to add I live in Fort Lauderdale and out of principal and spite I made this purchase in Estero Bay because this dealership is, in one word "Honest", they did not exercise the predatory, disgusting, rip off tactic of "market adjustment". Every dealership in Broward, Dade and Palm Beach is doing this and I will encourage everyone I know to send their business west to dealerships like Estero Bay Chevrolet. Finally Old school American Business! You wanna be an American patriot take the drive and buy at this dealership. I highly recommend this dealership and Rick and Paola.

We had our work truck for service at EsteroBay Chevrolet, they took for ever to “fixed” so we pick it up on 06/23/2022 and when my partner was coming back to his house the truck broke again same issue ( brakes) , but this time that issue caused more repairs at this date we haven’t have the truck fixed they are giving us explanations ( excuses) that for this reason or for another reason the truck still unfixed. I’m very frustrated with them nobody cares about our truck we made a big mistake buying a Chevy work truck at this point I don’t know what I’m supposed to do because i don’t want to still paying for a truck that is always in the service department.Service: Brakes
