This was my first time scheduling and completing service at this dealership. It was a simple service, but all went well and I was extremely satisfied.

Excellent experience! I bought a used Cadillac here and my salesperson Shanna Gillespie did an outstanding job. She was knowledgeable and very responsive. The Sales Manager (Rex) was very courteous and respectful (I'm a Veteran and it was Veteran's Day). Rex gave me the deal I was looking for with minimal negotiation Thanks to everyone involved!!!

I took my 2023 Corvette in for a rattle in the dashboard. After 3 day I made 2 phone calls to the service department and spoke with an adviser who was going to check on my car. He never called me back. Next day I made 3 calls and could never reach an advisor so left messages. No one called me back. I now have to wait until Monday which’s will be 6 days without a car. This place sucks.

Horrible service experience.
When it’s to sell they gonna give to you all the attention.
Also they gonna sell you warranty that when you need will deny the service. First and last time to make deal with that Chevy.
If somebody read this go to some other place!

The dealer automatically adds dealer options such as paint and fabric protection and tracking module and charges you for it. This is the fourth car I bought there and I won't be going back to purchase another one

I was told I had to leave my car and wait 3 days for them to even look at it. And when I said I'll bring it back in 3 days. They said I had to wait another 3 days. For a diagnostic, check I bought my car from that dealership. I was told I was getting a G. M premium protection plan. What I actually got was a auto, smart care. Third party warranty, which was completely worthless, does not cover any of my issues with my car. My car.
Has 61000 miles on it and has developed a transmission leak that I was told will not be Is covered by a Manufacturer warranty. because it's out of warranty by 1000 miles. I've been.
Lied to and cheated

I brought my car in for an intermittent check-engine light and had one of the most frustrating service experiences I’ve ever had. When I checked the car in, the staff looked confused and unsure of the process. They left a note saying someone would call me, but no one ever did. I was told the vehicle would be looked at within 48 hours, yet there was no movement on the app and zero communication from anyone at the dealership.
After waiting two full days with no update and no courtesy loaner offered, I went back to pick up my car. I stood there for over 10 minutes without being acknowledged by anyone. When my advisor finally came out, she said she never received the note, had no idea what was going on, and then told me to “bring it back when I’m free.”
On top of that, when I picked up my vehicle, it was covered in dirt, as if it had just been sitting outside untouched the entire time. No one attempted to check it or even take basic care of it while it was in their possession.
Why would I bring it back just to have it sit there again? The check-engine light is intermittent, and they didn’t even bother to look at it.
The whole experience made me feel like unless you’re driving a Cadillac, BMW, or spending big money, you don’t get real service. Every customer deserves communication, professionalism, and basic respect — regardless of what they drive.
Extremely disappointing service. I wouldn’t recommend this location based on my experience.

Purchased a new Chevrolet Trax this weekend. I can’t say enough about our sale person Sergio, he was the best. He was very professional and knew his job well and took very good care of us and got us the best price we could ever even imagine. We are so happy with our payment and our new vehicle thank you again Sergio and Estero Bay Chevrolet staff.

The service advisor that I fortunate enough to have in charge of my visit at Estero Bay Chevrolet was Edgar. Very professional, easy to talk to & more importantly has the experience of a technician so that he understands what needs to be looked at for a complete proper repair.

We had such a great experience at Estero Bay Chevrolet! Robert was incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our purchase — he made everything easy and enjoyable. I really appreciated how upfront and transparent Christian, the Sales Manager, was. There was no back-and-forth like you get at most dealerships; he made the deal happen quickly and within the numbers we were comfortable with.
The best surprise was the amazing rate that Rocco, the Finance Manager, was able to secure through our financial institution — he truly went above and beyond! Overall, it was a 5-star experience from start to finish. We're repeat customers and will definitely continue to do business with Estero Bay Chevrolet!

I'm truly very disappointed after my first visit with my vehicle. For years I've been buying vehicles from them and having them serviced there. The sales team has really maintained their standards, but the service department left a lot to be desired this time. They didn't rotate the tires despite it being listed on the bill I received, i'm going to share pictures before and after service, and the fluid levels weren't even checked. I made a very polite call to the manager of this department simply to suggest that he shouldn't allow these kinds of things to happen, making it clear that I wasn't seeking any compensation. He courteously said he would call me back to explain what had happened, but I'm still waiting for that call. That's why I decided to leave this review, so that maybe it will get the attention of those who need to address it. To say that a service was provided when it wasn't actually performed is stealing from the customer or whoever is paying, and even worse, it can lead to damage to the vehicles that we, the owners, end up paying for. Now I wonder, did they even change the oil and filter? Who knows, but I'm certainly not going to find out. I'm never going back to Estero Bay Chevrolet for service again.
