I have been dealing with a clicking noise on my road bike for almost three years. I have visited three bike shops in SW FL and no one could offer me a solution. I rode this morning and Carlos noticed and heard the noise coming from my bike. After the ride he invited me to come in to the shop where he diagnosed and fixed my bike!! No more noise! I highly recommend Estero Bicycle Shop for your cycling needs!

Closed on Sunday. Automated phone system for a small shop? Seriously? Couldn't order me parts, kept asking me to bring in my bike and put down a deposit. How do they have 5 stars if this is how they do business?

Went to Estero Bicycle Cafe for a problem I was having with my derailleur. I am extremely pleased with the service and the reasonable pricing. Highly recommended.

Took my Trek Bike to Estero Bicycle Cafe for repairs from a bent up derailer. Carlos knew exactly what to look for and explained/showed me what parts needed to be replaced/repaired. Gave me an estimate and fixed it that day. This shop is the BEST. Don’t hesitate to buy or repair your bike here! I won’t go anywhere else.

I had a spoke in my rear road bike completely snap and shear off while I was riding home from my weekly Saturday group ride. I called multiple bike shops and Estero Bicycle cafe gave me the best quote. The entire wheel repair service with parts included was cheaper than just the labor of the other bike shops. Best of all, the work was done in a couple hours and I will be back on the road soon! Also, they sell great bikes, and they also have a cafe which is awesome! Thank you Estero Bicycle Café for making my day!

I have taken my bike here for repair on two occasions. I have a simple, single speed cruiser. When I walked in my 1st time and saw some of the higher end bikes they sell and service, I was worried their prices might be high. I was very happy with the price and how quickly they repaired my bike. I would recommend this shop for any bike repair.

Excellent customer service. Took my bike in for a tuneup and had it back the next day. The bonus they gave me a price and when I paid it was lower than the original price. I highly recommend very honest crew

If you want passion, knowledge, and experience in the cycling world, look no further than Fidel and the Estero Bicycle Cafe. The customer service is second to none. I brought my Trek here on a recommendation from a riding buddy with some shifting and safety issues. They took care of it the same day at a fraction of what I was expecting to pay . I then geared up with a flat repair kit & tube, total for around $100 out the door. The shop works on any make/model/ or style. Thank you!

Amazing people! Incredible customer service. I walked my bike in and waited (not very long) and presto! I was on my way. Very reasonable pricing and no upselling. Great experience. My "go to" shop from this day forward.

Fidel and Carlos went above and beyond with my new bike purchase. I went to numerous bike shops and can honestly say I never felt pressured at Estero Bicycle Cafe. They both answered all of my questions and have assured me that they will be there for any future bike needs. They swapped over parts from my previous bike with no extra charge.
