Membership to the center is a one-time cost of $10 per individual or $25 per family for a lifetime membership.
A lot of activities for adults and Kids!
Gym, basketball court, disc-golf course, dog park and picnic area.
Excellent place to have fun, exercise and socialize.

Great park. Sunset is beautiful by the water. One pavilion near the water by the dog park has the best view. Met there with some friends for a picnic. Perfect spot to watch the sunset.

This park is amazing. I was up there today to vote at the indoor facility, but normally it is the family and I going to kill some time at the newly refinished park, or maybe taking the dog to play with his friends at the dog park. We have had birthdays here, as well, in their multiple pavilions. Great spot!

During Hurricane Ian, i felt the need to go to a shelter. I live on the Estero River so water is an issue as you can see in the pics...lucky for me the high tide and surge stopped about 5 mobiles down.
I usually would go to Teco, so I did... which i hate as it's always so full, and bathrooms are horrible. I looked up, opening time to go and secure a spot, and when I got there at 7:30, I knew I'd have to wait a half hr. At 8 a.m., I went up to the door and was told by security they needed a few more hrs to set up...so our Community Cntr was second on my list, it was the best. Police officers were very kind, and they checked everyone's ID & wrist banded all evacuees... i liked that it made me feel safer. I secured a spot, set up my blow-up bed, and left bedding on top in a baggie. Went home and waited until the water was getting closer and went over and napped for a few hrs, and thankfully, after 6 hrs, Ian turned. At that point, we were able to go outside for a break. We deflated our air mattress and gathered our things and came home all went perfectly . They also had water and some hurricane food they gave out, which was very nice. We brought a cooler and a gallon of water, so we didn't partake. They also allowed pets, which I loved. Teco does not. I'd like to thank the entire staff and the police who worked. i spoke with them and told them how much I appreciated their bieng away from their family's. That is the Epitome of kindness. Also, the entire staff who had the entire place lined with blue roofs cover tarps and taped very securely.
I'm 3 min away, and I appreciate all they did to bring me & our community a sense of security. Did i mention the bathrooms were immaculate.

Toilets: Immaculate, trust me. i was very surprised at how clean everything was. Great team/staff. From reception to I'd check, it was just what I needed.
Dog-friendliness: Many dogs in crates all leashed and cats birds it was actually fun just walking thru the pathways, which were taped out, so not to step on anyone's bed. Some were just blankets. Surprisingly, everyone was very respectful of everyone's space.

If you need a getaway, this is the place. Very open and designed flawlessly. You can disc golf,bball, futbol, and volleyball. It's the bestest.

Lots to do here, with plenty of covered spaces. A nice lake, playground, beach volleyball, horseshoes and disc golf
