My experience felt like Ethan Allen was doing me a favor when I walked in the store. I don't remember it being this way when I purchased it from the Pembroke Pines store. It all got worse after the purchase. The salesperson failed to notify me of their limits in delivery dates prior to my purchase, even though I was clear on when the property it was to be delivered was available. Then came the call from the delivery personnel in Ft. Lauderdale, who made me feel like I was wasting her time when discussing delivery date. When I spoke with my salesman about the issue with the delivery date, he stated that he could cancel the order but there would be a restocking charge. This will be the last time I shop at Ethan Allen. I found better people at Haverty's and have already given them my business.

We ordered almost 50k of new furnishings from Ethan Allen, it was all very nice. However, the rug we ordered turned out to be blue, not black. Our fireplace is over 13 feet tall and is done in black marble. The carpet was a fooler from the swatch we saw at the store, it is Blue, not black. We tried to find a way to accept it, but we can’t.. we were in the midst of moving into our new home and were very busy, as a result we went outside the mystical 72 hour return window. IE, return is out of the question.

Their designs and styles are classic, and we always find great value in the expertise provided by their Design Consultants. They are not just sales people. They have an intimate knowledge of the Ethan Allen product lines, and they are an invaluable resource when it comes to selecting fabric quality, colors, textures, and coordinated accessories. We just can't wait until it all comes together...

So happy with our furniture design/purchase with Monica at Ethan Allen in Estero. We were purchasing furniture for a condo as a second home near our son in NC. Since it was under construction and out of state, Monica worked with our floor plans to help us design a comfortable living room / dining room and study. Nearly everything was ready and delivered during our first trip there and we couldn't be more pleased. The local delivery team was fantastic despite having to navigate stairs. We appreciate all the time Monica spent with us as we decided fabrics and furniture selections. Highly recommend working with Monica on your next furniture purchase at Ethan Allen!

Today I went to Ethan Allen in the Coconut point location. They most definitely have beautiful furniture pieces. This review is about the sales help and not the store . As soon as we walked in a sales woman I wish I could remember her name greeted us upon arrival while chewing on her lunch. My friend was looking for end tables …. The woman quickly said oh I think you’d be better off looking in our clearance section and walked us to what seemed like a storage room and then left. I must say it was more of the scene out of the PRETTY WOMAN movie. That woman made it clear we were not going to find anything that what SHE THOUGHT was in our price range. Well she made a HUGE MISTAKE. Sweetie NEVER judge a book by its cover… while my friend was looking for an end table I was having a house built which needs furniture. HUGE MISTAKE ……. HUGE.

We have enjoyed working with ethan allen Mary has been most helpful as we have ordered a number of pieces of furniture. My only disappoint is the a.ount of the delivery charge as I ordered a second footstool. Since it matched one previously ordered I. Did not cancel.

I had two custom white leather chairs made and they are beyond fabulous.
The sales lady Monica was very knowledgeable and kind. I was allowed to take sample swatches out of the store and she picked them up for me the next day, to save me the drive, and to assure the color was perfect in my home.
Ethan Allen is always professional. The delivery was terrific and we are delighted.
