This place has gone downhill. Use to have a huge selection of phone cases for all brands, now it's just iPhone...and scarce. Not just this location, all of them. Also other products have just diminished or got worse. Use to be a go to place for me for a few things, not anymore. Won't return, will shop online instead or other stores.

I went to the 'Five Below ' in Coconut Point Mall with a Friend who turned me on to the store. I was hoping to get my last minute CHRISTMAS Shopping done for my Daughter and Fam, which includes my 3 year old Grand Daughter..Most know how important that is?I was IMPRESSED, and my G.D. and Fam. were very much Impressed...? The assortment was Bountiful and so much to to Choose from, it was easy to Visualize all the products, Organized,and the Employees were very helpful and Happy to do so.From the beginning to the end, which didn't take near as long as expected, was a a Great Shopping Experience !!! I have to go back, because I WANT TO...? And, if, and I hope you do, get the Chance to Check it out? It is easy to find at the North side of the CPM (Coconut Point Mall) just past Best Buy, I will be the one who has a Smile on my Face, just like the rest of the Patrons..5 Stars?? Corporate manager decided that having a meeting with lower/general management right in the middle of the checkout area was a good idea. I could barely squeeze myself through their conversation (to pay for my items) which seemingly had had nothing to do with five below. Cashier Assoc: 737933 could do a better job she was helpful and nice.
