I worked with a wonderful salesperson at Fossil today. I was torn between two watches, and she gave thoughtful, patient guidance that made the choice easy. I mentioned my birthday was tomorrow, and she wished me a happy birthday and even got me a discount. Friendly, professional, and genuinely helpful—she made the whole experience fantastic. Fossil needs more associates like her!

Visited this store to purchase a watch and Joseph was very nice and helpful! He took the time to answer questions I had and showed me how to adjust the wrist band. I was very pleased with his customer service!

Went to look for a Fathers Day gift and I am so happy we stopped here. We were immediately greeted by both clerks.. Joey came over to ask if we needed help, and was so professional, knowledgeable when suggesting gifts for Father’s Day. Debbie was also there and was letting us know about the great deals happening. She helped distract the baby so we could.get the wallet from his hands to purchase. She was caring and empathetic - you can tell she’s done this a time or two. Joey and Debbie worked very well as a team. I honestly felt pampered! Not only did I buy one Fathers Day gift- I ended up buying 2 and a birthday present. My friend also made purchases. Joey took the time to box all these items hfor us, mark out the prices on the tags, and made sure we got a girt receipt in the boxes for each of the items. The attention to detail was awesome.
I have decided if I’m ever near this store- I will go in to buy something just to interact with these two! Definitely do what you can to retain and promote these two gems!! Also- I was excited to hear about the refurbished watches from Joey, I will now be making more trips to check them out regularly Thank you, Joey and Debbie for exceptional customer service and fun experience!

I purchased a briefcase and two wallets. The purchase experience was professional and prompt. What made this Store a bit different is the level of employee professionalism. They paid appropriate attention to my requests without being overbearing. When I found that the wallets were not going to meet my needs, they refunded promptly. Fossil is an excellent brand and this Store was an excellent experience. Thank you.

. They had a wide assignment of watches. The people here were polite, attentive and organized. They gave me direction on how to get my watch repaired. They replaced a battery for me. Great! Great customer service.

Went for watch batteries and found price increase from $10 to $25. Guess I won't be doing that anytime soon. Had 4 watches that needed batteries. Got one. Bye bye Fossil.

The most absolute amazing customer service that I've ever received. After going to other stores they took care of every probably had and helped me get a new watch. They are so sweet and kind. What a wonderful experience.
